A conspiracy is in fact, a conspiracy until it is carried out, and then it is a crime.

I don't know when conspiring to murder someone became terrorism.

Sounds to me like another false flag event to set up conspiring as an arrestable crime. Again, the medium used by the "terrorist" was the internet.

TPTB are really ratcheting things up. I hope folks are more prepared than I think they are.

I don't know if anyone read the link in the OP, but it says

Her online activities abruptly stopped she was arrested by federal authorities in on October 15, 2009, on charges of transferring a stolen U.S. passport to a co-conspirator. Following her arrest, she was incarcerated at the Federal Detention Center (FDC) in Philadelphia where she currently remains.

homelandsecurityus.com...

What? She was arrested 4 month ago?! Why is this just now coming out in the news?

Well, it looks like we have our 'poster-child' for the government's new 'blond, white female home-grown terroist' campaign, doesn't it?

Sorry, Colleen.

This is a false statement, as there are many "conspiracy crimes" on the books.

conspiracy crime defined

18 U.S.C. 371 makes it a separate Federal crime or offense for anyone to conspire or agree with someone else to do something which, if actually carried out, would amount to another Federal crime or offense. So, under this law, a 'conspiracy' is an agreement or a kind of 'partnership' in criminal purposes in which each member becomes the agent or partner of every other member.

A conspiracy need not be carried out but only needs to proceed to a point were it is likely to be accomplished! Many people are part of a conspiracy without actions of their own being taken!

making false statements to a government official

Ain't that an interesting charge?

How come there's not a law on the books for politicians saying ``Making false statements to the public IS A FELONY AND THIS LAW APPLIES RETROACTIVELY`` ??

But of course this kind of law only applies to the peons.

Yep, more people are arrested in the US for conspiracy than any other crime.
