Go vegetarian and avoid sweets, fizzy pop drinks, sodas, dried packets of food's, avoid dry cured meat, ham etc. Avoid drinking bottled water as is
very high in Sodium Fluoride. Boiled water concentrates Sodium Fluoride 83x with Aluminium. Chlorine however dissiapates and dissolves, id trade the
Sodium Fluoride for Chlorine anyday.
Always buy and eat Wholegrain Bread, Oatmeal, Avoid Wholemeal as just as bad as white bread with all the added chemical's, preservatives and
colourings. If you don't believe me go and look at both products ingredients and you'll see the have the same ingredients only difference is that
Wholemeal bread has a colour agent added to the ingredients to appear like its real brown bread when in fact its really white just been bleached with
a brown colour.
There's plenty more to list, hope this has opened many eyes for some to say the least.

Also avoid drinking green teas as very highly concentrated in Sodium Fluoride. Avoid drinking any teas and stick to coffee's if you would like to
have some caffiene.
