Detroit wants to save itself by shrinking

The D has been contemplating this for a while. In my opinion they should. The outskirts of the city look like something out of an apocalyptic nightmare.

Once the city does that, they can also change the structure of the government in the city from this retarded idea of at large council-members to council-members who are actually elected by area, so that each neighborhood is actually represented by someone instead of a lot of council members representing themselves.
