Definetly bring it up and discuss it. I know people say it all the time but communication is KEY. We cant read eachothers minds. So if theres an issue its best to bring it up as soon as possible to get it off the table, and also so your not sitting around thinking about it and over analyzing it.

It almost seems to me like she left it open on purpose for you to read it. Maybe she isnt good at bringing things up so she wanted you to read that? I have no idea if this is the case but its what it seems like.
