This footage was taken by hoaxer Alison Kruse. It has been debunked, explained and EXPOSED as a fraud. Sorry OP but this one has been a bust for some time. Perhaps you were not aware of it . Her hoax has been well documented here in the following threads as well as sent to the hoax section.
