I liked this reader comment on the story (although it looks like other readers voted it down)-

If everyone would get their head out of Stephen Hawking's ass and listen to people like Nassim Haramein they could approach this with more knowledge and foresight...and we might actually advance as a species instead of blowing ourselves and our alternates in other dimensions to a cinder...

Interesting indeed. Go figure, max power LHC tests in 2012.
