Hi all

I came across this video on Benjamen Fulfords youtube channel.

It is a meeting held by the Montana coserative group meeting back on the 1st December 2009 with guest speaker Schaeffer Cox.

He talks about how in Fairbanks Alaska they are using common law to help them in there day to day lives.

May be you dont agree with me but I though it was good to see some posative action taking place. And in a none violent way.

Part 1 of 11 below

Enjoy

Gareth

Great videos.

More people need to wake up and study the Law, figuring that it is the Law that has been used to manipulate us into unknowingly consenting our rights away.

I totally agree with you.

I didnt know this until I read it on the goverments web site. If an office wants to stop you in the street and ask you questions he ISNT allowed to hold your arm to stop you from running away. How many programs on TV about the police arresting people on there nights out grab hold of the person they want to question? Most of them Ive seen.

Thanks for the link to UK's Common Law, I am still trying to make sense out of the different branches and forms of Law. Now, I do live in the US, but our system of common law stems from British Common Law so I should be Ok starting my research from there.

Also, get used to threads about Law not getting much attention.

I personally think we need a thread-group for Law all by itself.

Yet again I totally agrea. ATS needs to make a sub forum, like the others.

I dont understand why its such a taboo subject? After watching the videos above I thought it was a great way to bring the system back to the people.

I am also starting to look into common law and hoping to get the word out in the UK.

Common Law needs more momentum.

I'm all for that. We should have a section dealing with common law.

Who do we ask about the section?

I will have a dig around, see who can help.
