South tower collapse transmissions - "Send in the army" - "Who's in command?"

I took the time to identify the first reports of the south tower collapse in the Manhatten 911 dispatch (Available here) recordings.

You can hear the reports, of the south tower exploding, for yourself.

The recording ends with, "SEND IN THE ARMY. WE NEED THE ARMY IN MANHATTEN."

Command is destroyed and/or in complete shambles at this point.

Dispatch is asking who is in command?

There is some inconsitency with the time and sequence of events being reported. See for yourself.

Reports of Event Time and Duration

The NIST Report gives the onset of the events as follows:

South Tower: 09:58:59 AM
North Tower: 10:28:22 AM

10:28 a.m. - Two World Trade Center -- the south tower -- collapses.

I always get confused about which tower is which don't you?

WTC 1
WTC 2
SOUTH
NORTH
BOAZ
JACHIN
BLACK
WHITE

Now add in directions, altitudes and times. It's enough to make anyones head spin.

North is top of map

WTC 1 (North Tower) can be recognized by tall antenna spire on the roof

WTC 7 (north of towers) had 2 different colored facades

North side was black marble

South was red granite

Useful to know when looking at pictures to determine what direction taken
from
