Yes -- something is there, but what makes you think it's Nibiru?
The game is trying to look realistic, so it adds real optical phenomenon such as a "sun dog" or a "mock sun" (which I have seen many times in the sky) plus other optical phenomena. A sun dog is an optical phenomenon which is basically caused by the reflection/refraction of the sun on ice crystals or clouds (I think the phenomenon is slightly different when a "mock sun" is refracted in clouds).
Sun Dog
Sun dogs are not uncommon, and adding them makes the game look more realistic. Game makers also add lens flare even though there is no "camera" to have caused the lens flare.

You beat me to it
Soylent green is right, they are trying to make it look realistic by portraying a Sun Dog.

No offense, but I think you need to lay off of the video games for a bit, and worry a little more about school, especially English and spelling
