I think the main issue is the lack of disclosure by NASA and what I mean by that is that they don't release all of their photos or data and they don't seem to take the public seriously on any of this. Why don't we send a rover up to the moon and photograph the lander? (There would be scientific value to do that as well) Why haven't they released all of the photos from all of the missions? Why do some of the photo's appear tampered? NASA has to share some of the blame for the conspiracy theories out there. I must say though, that the biggest proof that we went to the moon was the lack of Russia saying anything to the contrary then or now.

How about the genuine moon rock brought back from the moon by NASA astronauts that turned out to be petrified wood ?
