I fail to understand the point your trying to make.
As far as I know "Utility Fog" is a swarm of nanobots. and "atmospheric beast" was something Karl Sagan made up to describe a creature that lives in the atmosphere.
Is this some kind of theory you or someone else came up with?
A little more info to go on would be better than just a statement.

OK, so you're saying that because they both share the ability to change densities they are the same?
Even though one is mechanical and the other is biological?

Perhaps since your not going to give any real information on this subject you could provide a link to it?
For such a potentially complex subject you sure aren't giving much info!

Flagged for thinking outside the box, and bringing attention to our atmosphere, which is under attack.
Please explain your theory about the atmospheric beasts. Are they evil?

This is ridiculous... Don't feed the trolls please.

I have no idea what these Atmospheric Beasts are, beyond what someone said about Sagan proposing them, nor why you think they are real. However, as to your logic:
"An elephant can be identified as a sunflower--both have long stems. A camel is indistinguishable from a peanut--if only their humps be considered." - Charles Fort, The Book of the Damned.
