Obama Denies Flyover

This may be old news, but I couldn't find anything posted at ATS.
I searched the event name and report title. Let's go over the info.

Basically, thte meat and potatoes of the report is that the annual 'GOD & Country Rally' has had, granted by the White house and Pentagon, a flyover at the event for the past 42 years.

This past year's July event was denied a flyover for the first time in 42 years. Obama is the denier.

The report is posted on Youtube so if you missed it on NBC, here it is.

As the spectacles of gay and lesbian pride are recieved with open arms from the White House, God and Religion are swept out the door.

This may be last July, but the report speaks volumes regarding the Obama agenda.

I hate myself sometimes because i bought into the Obamma/Barry hype during the elections, Even tho im British i was rooting for him for Americas sake, I thinks thats what actually led me into the political agenda,

Since then i have realized so much i feel disgusted every time i see him speak.

You are not alone on this one.
The only logical reason I can see that he would cancel a flyover is that it would be a threat to him.

Well, he's lied about lobbyiest in his admin., lied about open debate, lied about his country of birth, lied about being a 'Christian', lied about his criminal associates, lied about his being a communist, and who knows what else. Baraq Hussein Soetoro is a dark chapter in world history. Perhaps part of a Forth Reich conspiracy. I just really hope he is alive when the truth comes out.

The strange thing is not the lack of coverage on this story, but the fact that our rights are now arbitrary.
I always thought that line was only crossed in traffic court.

Well, Surprisingly I actually agree with Obama on this.

Here's a couple of bulletpoints from the mission statement on there website:

Bless people

I don't mind flyovers to honor Veterans at all, but when if it's for an event whose main purpose is to spread and preach Chrisitianity then tax payer money shouldn't be spent on any aspect of it.

Obama was installed into the White House as jizzya payment to the House of Saud. He is a muslim and worships Allah and the black rock from space. Why would he want to pay homage to god and culture he wishes to destroy.

Obama is a muslim. He is not a citizen.

Welcome to Chicago politics! That, and my opinion that the man is just plain anti-american.

My country was founded on strong Christian beliefs, and though I believe we have to show some tolerance to other beliefs, we are still a Christian culture, and our President should uphold that.

Christians have been too passive for the last several decades, and I suspect we will see a resurgence in the near future!

And...the DOD answers to? Oh yea, that title "Commander In Chief" comes with the Presidency too.

The man is not what I want for a President or a Commander. Both jobs require the ability to make a decision and stick to it. He can't or won't.

In either job you better have a strong basis for what you do, and he claims his is patriotism and christianity...I see no evidence that would convict him of being either.

Since Obama "knew nothing about it", the question would be.....

Why did the Pentagon change it's policy in 2009, after 42 consecutive years of having the flyover?

What changed?

The commander in chief did.

How much does a flyover cost? I certainly don't want my hard earned tax dollars being wasted on someone else's rally. Bravo!

I did a search, read some articles about the rally. There were 60 new recruits to the military sworn in AT the event, kind of makes it a government operation to some degree.

The military does flyovers at NFL games, Nascar races and a lot of events that are making money off the ticket sales and TV time.

I think it's Christians that are in the crosshairs here.

I hope we continue to display our military at those events. I hope we make some of the young people look up and dream to be part of the mighty force that allows me...and you...to have the freedoms that allow us to voice our opinion.
