No, I hadn't but I am going to look into it and if I find something that can actually work in attacking them I will, and I will also keep pushing it until it is taken care of.

Ok, just read a little bit about it, and it seems as if the child abuse charges were bogus. If it was not found in a court of law, then there wasn't proof.

I have no watched the youtube video yet, but if this info is out there, and it's true and not liable, then I'm pretty sure these people would be in jail by now.

Also, there was an article in the New York Times...that hardly counts as no coverage.

Nope wasnt aware of this yet. Joined a : ' Holly Greig' cause on FB the other day though.

But ...... please do not forget the FaceBook organisation is like an Emperor ruling its Kingdom: just like MySpace and lots of other sites (yes, sry ... even ATS) they have their own general rules. This implies that they can get rid of anyone's site / profile without any reason.

Yes ... of course WE know there is probably more to it, THAT will never be revealed .....

Kinda makes ya wonder what is FREEDOM SPEECH in da Interweb world eh?

Something is not right here. I first went to the Facebook page linked in the OP. There was not much info and a rant about Christian Missions implying they were all Pedophiles with little mention of this event or any details.

Then I listen to the interview which says nothing about the Christian conspiracy at all.

Then I go to the Facebook page, which is not taken down and the whole thing has changed to the story in the interview.

What the hell is up with this. Had I been minutes later I'd have not seen the page accusing Christians which is gone now?

Is it possible that the site was cleaned up and not shut down due to some bizarre attack on Christians in general? Why did the description on the Facebook cover page change completely? Somebody is up to no good and I don't think it is Facebook.

I smell a rat. I'm clear minded and sober and I know when I went to the Facebook page the first time it was entirely different. Is the site to do with Holly even for real?

...theres no need to base an opinion (on whether or not this a valid case) on just the facebook group and what really happened with them... on google, theres 244,000 links available on hollie grieg... so, if you care, you can easily research the allegations and leave facebook totally out of it...

Facebook will remove anything that could have possible legal ramifications.

Did you know that about a month ago. Someone on there created a group called "I bet this onion ring will have more fans that Justin beiber"

My son joined it and it grew to over 2.4 MILLION members in 6 days. Facebook then shut it down, most likely due to a lawyers letter.

No social media outlet will allow themselves to be dragged into others mudslinging. I personally cannot blame them.

What a terrible story, but why is it so important to keep this on facebook? Shouldn't they be looking at a better means of exposing this to the public?

Is there any proof to these allegations or is someone just naming names? I hate the whole pedo crap as much as the next guy but peoples names are being used and could destroy reputations and if it is proven to be untrue then it would not mattyer to the sheep...they will believe what they will.

So OP are you saying that there is definitive proof to back up these allegations or are you simply going by what someone has told you and has offered nothing in the form of evidence? If there is none then you are part of the problem out there....can't fight pedo's if we can't even get the right ones.....if too many people cry wolf...then sooner or later no one will even bother to check any thing out. So before you cry about this supposed pedophile ring....show us some facts to back up the claims instead of what one person says

I have no doubt about the authenticity and I know how rotten some people in power are, even to the extend discussed.

I'll pray for the Victims and beg God for the evil bastards to be exposed & punished.

yes i left it that way so that unregistered people may take the time to listen and find out what this scandal is all about without registering. The registration is so that the person can receive the newsletters keeping them updated with what is happening.

facebook took the original page down overnight - it was down all day until just after Ann was on the USA radio show Dead Man's Musings. It was put back again not long after she said live on air that the crown office (elish angiolini) told them to take it down. (you can hear this in the interview).

The page you saw was a redirection page which shows the newsfeed of peoples messages from many groups and friends. This was NOT the original page for the group. You must have been on ats long enough to realise that people will post their own theories or try to distract threads to irrelevant subjects and it has happened in the groups site also. We have removed posts of this type before when they are spotted as we wish to remain focussed on Hollie's story.

I hope that addresses your accusation. if not - there are plenty more 'believable' threads on ats that would be more to you liking. There's a person who has been through hell and back needing help so if you don't want to assist, then please do not belittle those who do with false accusations based on bad assumptions and laziness to read more that one or two posts (as happens too often here)

please list them then as we are trying any means we can to bring it to peoples attention. we are NOT just sticking with facebook - it was just where the campaign grew from.

any suggestions you have that we aren't already doing would be greatly appreciated, as would help in doing so.

yes there is proof and more recently there is proof that the uncles suspicious death was murder (it took ten years to battle to get the autopsy resultswhich show a far different story than had been previously told) theres also proof elish angiollini lied (from here own office stationary) when she claims she was not aware of the case and the fact that nobody has ever been investigated or interviewed.

how about you show some compassion and listen to her story before judging it. then come back here and tell me there is nothing suspicious in this whole story. i recommend Petre Eyre' interview and Ann's where she gives more detail on the abuse of Hollie (medical information which turns the stomach)

if these allegations are false then why have they gone to great lengths (and possibly public expense) to cover up this story with legal threats rather than take one simple action and sue them for defamation? why? because there would be a court case if they did and it would all have to come out then, including their involvement and/or collusion.
