First off, Magzoid, why not make an account, I had to make one to upload the file so if it's asking for you to make an account to download the file then just do it - it's free!

And OShtey, what problem are you having? If you cannot download the full .zip file (which I said above you may need an account to use the download link) then simply use the links provided in the OP to download what you want.

Please star & flag if you like this thread, because I put a lot of time into putting this all together and I want it to get the attention it deserves.

It tells me "Open ID Failed". I have tried many many times because I really want this stuff! I will try from a different computer shortly. Hopefully that will help.

OK - I would call myself skeptical about these types of things. I always tell myself the reaction would be most likely a placebo effect. But... HUGE BUT... This really worked for me. Yes I am admitting that I was wrong. Here is what happened to me:

1) Listened to Metal Performance3 for the entire track using good headphones at a mid volume.

2) Sat in a chair, with my eyes closed, hands in my lap, feet on the floor.

3) Started out without much happening. It wasn't until I started to ignore my own thoughts that things really started to happen. Clear your mind.

I felt a little strange, my breathing became deeper and I felt a little disconnected from my body. I knew where my hands and feet where, but I was much more "in my head" than usual. The tone seems to oscillate some up and down and as it did so I felt like I was on a rollercoaster going up and down with it. When I finished and opened my eyes I did feel the slingshot effect that the OP talked about.

This has definately got my attention. Thanks for the post!

Alright, I just checked the link out myself. I don't know what's going on with it, my account wont even login now and the website is pissing me off.

Does anyone, once again, have a website I can upload over 1gig files at? This file is just a bit over 1gig and the website needs to allow it to upload files that size, not simply a bunch of smaller files that equals up to 1gig+.

If you are all having problems with the package download, download the ones of the OP for now and I will try and find a way to fix the package download. If anyone has an idea on what I can do here, please U2U me.

No problem I'm very happy to hear that this worked for you, and it just goes on to prove my point that these beats DO work very well.

The part where you said "clear your mind" well you were spot on. These beats aren't going to force you to meditate, you need to know the basics of meditation to allow these beats to work. Use simple breathing techs and try to clear your thoughts.

Yesterday i decided to give binaurals a honest try by listening to some at youtube.

I must say they really calmed me down and put my mind into some kind of "empty space". Then another interesting thing happened, i experienced a very brief flash of white light that seemed to fill the whole 'empty space' i was in.

I am very excited to try binaurals some more

I'm still working on finding enough web space for the 1gig+ pack of beats, I will check out my new ISP's hosting limitations tomorrow since I just transferred and get back to you all. Until I'm able to find a place to do this, I can only offer what has been posted in the OP.

If someone here is willing to upload the file on their personal web space I'd be grateful and a lot of people here on ATS would be as well. So if you by any chance have a company site that has an extra gig to spare, or just some personal space you've bought, let me know with a U2U and maybe we can work something out.

I've used I-doser, it's the same concept. I wish I could try some of these, but unfortunately I'm on dial-up.
Anyway, for the files to work properly it's important to use good quality, noise filtering headphones, not cheap earbuds. As for volume, it seems to work best for me if I turn it up just a little louder than normal.

Great post, im sure it's old and im maybe bumping something old but still. Thank you for introducing me too these wonderful things, they have already helped me in a test which i had, mental clarity was there for sure.

In terms of the HGH release beat i will be doing it every day and see if there are any results after a while, HGH is wonderful and i would enjoy having more of it in my body. Im going to try the Inner awareness one now, being very very new to meditating i hope it helps me. I will post feedback on here after a few sessions.

I haven't been able to listen to any of the files provided (computer is being a pain...) but I do have a question regarding binaural beats. Last night, I listened to a track on Youtube for approximately 11 minutes (I am new to meditation and using binaural beats in general, so am taking it slow). I soon noticed, to my extreme interest, that my entire body was "pulsing" along with the beats. I was sitting upright and cross legged on my bed in the dark, eyes closed, and my body was definitely rocking back and forth ever so slightly without my bidding. I made sure every muscle was relaxed, just to check that I wasn't somehow doing this subconsciously, but still my body continued to move in perfect timing with the beats, ever so gently.

It was awesome! Is this supposed to happen? What does it mean?

Pro tip

When listening to binaural beats, focus your attention to the middle of your head – you should be able to detect what I can only describe as a vibrato effect.

The rate of the vibrato is equal to the brain wave state you are trying to achieve

So a vibrato of about 10Hz should put your brain into an alpha state, and so on

I have never been able to get these or hypnosis to work on me so far. I will try that idea tonight, worth a try.
