What's going on at the Eduardo Avaroa Caldera Complex?

The "Whats going on at yellowstone?" thread has gotten quite a lot of attention. I have periodically been following the thread myself. I conducted a little research earlier today on the locations of other Calderas. I found some pretty interesting articles written roughly 3 or more years ago that suggested to me that perhaps this Caldera region should have a dedicated thread. With the current activity and the activity that has been being monitored in this region in recent years it leads one to believe this area is worth keeping an eye on.

I made a separate thread to give you an idea of the activity in the past in this region.

yeah the only thing i have to say about this is the story is 3 years old and almost unheard of , not only that is unmotiored which could be a bad thing if in fact it is a caldrea.

Why this second thread on the same subject?
