TPTB Grandiloquence considering current event's..?

Ok, im going to have a "full out Tin-Foil Hat" moment here... Bare with me ATS. And hopefully, if people see past the offence that this will probably cause, this should end up in the Skunk/Hoax or corresponding area... Or most-likely, the rubbish.

Here we have it, The Power's That Be (TPTB when not on their mission of depopulation), Seek Oil... They get an excuse to force an invashion on a country, use and depleate it's reserve's.
Still greedy, it think's - "how can we get more of this stuff?"
There's a moment of thought and someone remmember's HAARP. (that thing that's used as a Radar that refract's signal's off the atmosphere, essentially to see around the curveature of the Earth?)
What does it do exactly?
Well the 'theory' is that it can do a number of thing's...
Can it do something that... can... Maybe cause a Calamity of sort's? Something that we CANT be instigated in?
You mean, like... A natural event?.. Um, maybe an Earthquake?
Yes, an Earthquake. It'll destroy people's live's, but that doesnt matter, Money's all we care about!!
Now we just need somewhere close, so transport wont be too expensive, where there's supposedly a huge amount of Oil, to fill our belly's with...
Ah ha, well, in the Caribbean there's still a few untapped reserve's that could add to our pile's of money...

Unfortunately, Haiti bare's the brunt of the Quake.

Attention Diverted, despite a quake in Chile, aftershock's surge the region. Maybe upsetting Volcanic region's also in the area..

Now with Aid, offerd to the affected Area, TPTB can slip in the back door to get more of their lovely Oil.

All just speculation ofcourse. Considering current event's and such.
This is just a conclusion that i dirived from current topic's.

Also strange now, is that the UK have denied help from USA after Hillary Clinton offerd a helping hand in trying to resolve the situation in reguard's too the Falkland's.

Im sure they said less than 2 week's ago that they thought the situation had nothing to do with them...

Maybe the strong scent of Oil has been smelt and someone's trying to get their hand's on the cookie's..?
