well thats a good thing to happen . i remember talk in the news of towing an iceberg to drought stricken countries , but as for as i know that was all it was talk
well now there is the perfect opportunity to carry the idea out.
apart from helping these stricken countries it would apease the doom sayers that are talking about the damage it would cause to our eco system in other parts of the world.

I'm not going to answer that question, i'll wait to see how warm we get first through the next few years, too early to tell
