ATS Member Study, Please Participate

i wanted to do a study of the members here on ATS and i hope i can get as many people to participate as possible
i wanted to see how people here on ATS spend their days, and see how people from different countries spend their days differently here is what the study would consist of

Hours you sleep a day
Hours you work a day
Hours spent on ATS/BTS
Hours spent on other activities
Country you are from (optional)


i just wanted to get a feel for how people around the world spend their days, and i couldnt think of a better place, if you choose to participate put down answers for each of the above questions and list your country if you feel comfortable, i will compile and average out the results every 30-40 posts or so, and continue to update,

I slept about 6 hours.

Worked 10.

Was on ATS throughout the day for about 6 hours.

The rest were spent with the kids when I got home yesterday, so total of 4 give or take..

I work 7.5-12 hours a day
I am on ATS throughout the day every day (hours, probably 2-6)
I spend the rest of my day doing "other things"

Myself..I'm more seasonal.

ATS is always on 24/7 365

But my active time on it gets greater in the winter months.
And in summer I use it on my kayak.

So I sleep 8-10 hours a day
work 6-10
and ATS throughout work and play.

I'm retired so work is just basics...food, drink, shelter..in the summer.
I stay at my home in the winter months and cut a lot of fire wood and keep a few cattle.

Mmmm, lemme see..

Sleep- 10 hours usually

Work- 0 hours (was doing 10 hour days and soon to be 7 again)

Hours on ATS - Average probably 1 hour

Other activities- 7 hours, on average...exercise, practice, hanging out with friends, music

(weekends:1-2 hours(if im helping with the family business))

Im a mom and student, so my hours for each activity vary every day.

Hours you sleep a day: 5-8 if lucky. my body and mind really need 8+ hrs

Hours you work a day: Im a mom, so 24/7

Hours spent on ATS/BTS: cant even count. im a Mod and member so a lot - all day long. often times, im logged on and not in front of my computer. If ATS AA ever opens up, I will be one of the first in line

Hours spent on other activities - daily: varies, its an all day thing - many many hours - school work, playing outside, cleaning, cooking, teaching daughter, running errands, playing outside, taking care of new puppy, working out when I can fit it in, shower thrown in there at some point, and the list goes on and on and on. Every day.

I don't think these are fair questions for a study, so I hope you redo it after your initial research.


Hours you sleep a day: varies too much, measurement would seem random
Hours you work a day: i never stop, but i do relax
Hours spent on ATS/BTS: with 8 screens, ats usually is open in one, i merely switch between programming and the other screens in an instant anytime
Hours spent on other activities: what i want to spend it on has been stolen, so i am left to just work through my major depressive disorder, better than just to give up, eh?

im open to any suggestions, what did you have in mind for better questions

Hours of sleep a day---7 to 8
Hours of work a day--9-1/2 M-F
Hours spent on ATS--hard to say i'm on and off throughout the day, except weekends. I rarely get on-line on weekends.
Hours on other activities--4 to 5, other activities usually include, laundry and housework

This is of course a Sunday-Thursday sampling as I work those days, Friday and Saturday are way different.

Hours slept a day : 5 if I am lucky.

Hours worked a day : I am presently unemployed but I am a single father raising a 10 y/o daughter so I work 24/7/365

Hours spent on ATS/BTS : varies. Somewhere between 4-10. Depends on the day and what else I have to do and what commitments I have. presently because of the unemployment, I am on probably 12 hours a day.

Hours spent on other activities : varies. Some weekends I spend all my time doing other things with my girl, especially during cheer leading competition season. All my spare time is usually spent doing things with my girl.

Time spent talking to someone special on Skype because it is the only way I can interact with her right now: Lots

I sleep maybe 4 or 5 hrs a day.

I work about 12hrs a day, 5-6 days a week

I dont keep track of the time I am on here, but I am on when I wake up and I stay on until I go to work around 10:30am. I then get on when I get home from work and I am usually on for an hour or two before I pass out with laptop in hand lol hmmmm could be why I dont sleep lol

Other activities? I have no time for other activities lol If I am not working I am usually at home reading or cleaning. I cant even give you a number but how about an hour or 2.
