I did not mean to imply anything. Just thinking out loud why the link is not there. I can't find it.
I did read most of the material on your site and found it very interesting. Your either an extraordinary liar or it is true. I lean to the latter. I'll be reading your book myself.
The FOIA responses were very interesting. It's like a good poker game where both sides are bluffing. Keep after it for sure. The responses are priceless. You did a great job of educating the reader.
We better stop hijacking this thread though.
On topic-
I recently looked into taking action to block cell phone usage in my office here in the US. Here anyway, it is illegal to use an electronic jammer but passive means like paint or wallpaper are OK for now. Big demand for it as rude individuals who use cell phones in theaters and restaurants are everywhere ruining peoples entertainment and meals. A person could seal up their home without breaking any law I can find, just like I can do it in my office.
There are jamming devices available to buy however that are illegal to use. The cheapest range from about $50 to $350 (for the exact same device ) on the Internet. Dozens of sites selling $49.95 full retail devices for hundreds higher. Be wary of who you buy from on the internet.
I found one site where people are buying the illegal $50 jammers to use secretly on buses and in restaurants to get even with the jerks being rude on their cell phones. Somebody at the next table starts talking loudly about their sisters, boyfriends bad breath, ruining your $50 meal, you turn it on and voila, jerk control. I'll never do it myself but it sure is tempting.
If anyone reading is one of those jerks at restaurants, theaters and in crowded public places talking way to loud about personal crap on your cell phone, I do not appologize, ever. Of course I can console myself with the fact you will soon have brain cancer. Just kidding

By "watch" do you mean looking at watching you or just listening to you?
If it's the former, Bruce Wayne had promised Morgan Freeman that he would destroy the technology after he found the Joker. Obviously, he lied. But seriously, if they can watch you, we might as well be living in the Big Brother house. If they can hear us then who cares, I'm sure they love hearing what we have to say about them.

RIPA regulates the following areas:
The interception of communications (for instance, the content of telephone calls, e-mails or postal letters)
The acquisition and disclosure of communications data (information from communications service providers relating to communications)
The carrying out of covert surveillance
in private premises or vehicles (‘intrusive surveillance’) or
in public places but likely to obtain private information about a particular person (‘directed surveillance’)
The use of covert human intelligence sources (such as informants or undercover officers)
Access to electronic data protected by encryption or passwords.
Town hall snoopers used controversial anti-terror powers to delve into the phone and email records of thousands of people last year.
They wanted to check for evidence of dog smuggling and storing petrol without permission - and even to trace a suspected bogus faith healer.
In one case they were inquiring into unburied animal carcasses.
Some councils are allowing middle-ranking staff to authorise covert operations under the controversial Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act, which is intended for use 'in the interests of national security'.

Didn’t Siemens make the communication equipment for Nazi Germany to send a man in to space?
I think I read that somewhere. In 1944 or 1945.
Secret radar technology research that will allow the biggest-ever extension of 'Big Brother'-style surveillance in the UK is being funded by the Government.
The radical new system, which has outraged civil liberties groups, uses mobile phone masts to allow security authorities to watch vehicles and individuals 'in real time' almost anywhere in Britain.
The technology 'sees' the shapes made when radio waves emitted by mobile phone masts meet an obstruction. Signals bounced back by immobile objects, such as walls or trees, are filtered out by the receiver. This allows anything moving, such as cars or people, to be tracked. Previously, radar needed massive fixed equipment to work and transmissions from mobile phone masts were thought too weak to be useful.
