Conjecture - Haarp - MHD Coupling with Sun for Electrical Power Generation?

After reading much on plasma physics, haarp, alfven waves, the sun's and earth's magnetosphere, etc. I conjecture that Haarp and similiar facilities are large scale experiments to harness the almost unlimited MHD power of the sun and earth's interactions to provide future electrical power to the world.

This power is already seen in disruptions of electrical supply on earth during the sun's magnetic storms, inducing hugh electrical currents in conductors.

Haarp - using plasma physics (alfven waves) induces a MHD resonant coupling (heating) with the earth/sun magnetospheres. Because of the turbulant nature of the magnetosphere a coupled current could be induced into the Haarp array thereby producing electrical current.

What are your opinions?

While that is something they may be able to do with their little toy, I doubt they are working that angle (unless it is merely power for THEMSELVES - though I'm sure if the price were right, they'd sell it to us...). All the fiddling with things here on earth are far more likely to be garnering their interest.

Besides... They have methods of extracting usable energy from the "Dark" Energy. Why would they need more energy?

I think ANY government, if it had the power to monopolize an unlimited, free, clean (no co2 emissions) source of power, would do so very quickly. They could undercut the oil and coal monopolies immediately. Also, no londer do they have to try to contain fusion power on earth, they have the fusion power of the sun generating the MHD source. Coupled into the earth's magnetosphere by proven science.

This alfven wave discovery has been around for a long time, studied in research labs. Now they have gone into almost full scale usage.
I think this is the power Tesla was trying to reach, but was eluding him.

Also, if Haarp is one side of the electrical "plug", could Eiscat be the other side? Or just another government racing to a power source?

100+ years of research on plasmas, MHD, the sun's and earth's magnetosphere, the cause of "spiral" effects in plasmas in past research and no one can add two and two together?
