I friend of mine showed me one of this series of four "music videos". I thought I'd share all of them with the ATS community as I know there are plenty of Carl Sagan fans, as well as those interested in the more intriguing questions about our existence and our universe.

I am reminded of an occurrence in my youth... I wrote a "filk" song and presented it at a scifi convention, and then sent the words to Carl. I don't know whether he received the lyrics personally, but I like to think so.

To the tune of "I'm a Yankee Doodle Dandy:"

I'm a Carl Sagan groupie
Rerun Cosmos till I die
I'm a real live billionth of his universe
I look every night to the sky

I've a penchant for C. Sagan
He's my universal beau
Carl Sagan went on TV
To inform the masses
I love that Carl Sagan show.
