Step by step.
It's only a matter of Time. Nothing more.
When the things will be drammatically bad.

Infinite -good post.

Heres another interesting statement made by MOD Senior Official Ralph Noyes taken from Dr David Clarke's Website:

Statement from British Air Ministry Senior Official

"Here we had a number of object seen coming in across the North Sea on coastal radar. It looked like a Russian mistake. Jet aircraft were scrambled. The objects were travelling at quite impossible speeds like 4-5000 mph and then came to an abrupt halt near to one of these stations not very high up. Jet aircraft picked them up on aircraft radar. The objects then simply made rings round them."

"Inevitably this led to the sort of enquiry which you would put in hand if you had any military responsibilities. Had something gone wrong with ground radar or with aircraft radar? We experienced pilots going out of their minds? Were people having fantasies? We *had* to investigate cases of that kind. Over the years - although there were not an enormous number of such cases - there were a sufficient number to persuade me, and a number of air staff friends with whom I had to work, that something was going on, sporadically, in British airspace which we could not explain."

"But we did not particularly want to make public statements about that. Not for something that we had no explanation."

Ralph Noyes,Senior Official with British Air Ministry - retired as Under Secretary of State in 1977

haha, this thread reminded me of everything that went on at ATS before christmas. The whole declosure project, and David Wilcocks future telling about extra-terrestials talking in the national media. Well, I belive in extra-terrestials and I really want to meet some of them one day
But some of those thread from last year was hillarious...I wonder where Wilcock is doing now. changing his identety? or mingling with the whole federal generation of light-people..

anyway, the extra-terrestials won't be coming before we get our # together

Yep been reading about this today!

Loads of sightings from my local town Livingston. One was a toblerone shaped craft hovering over a field.

Ive seen a few odd things in the sky over livingston but never a flying toblerone craft.

Off to download all the documents

More released documents BLAH BLAH BLAH, big deal. It's just more "sightings".

FORGET THE SIGHTINGS.....we should be concentrating on the "COVER UP", thats where the real conspiracy is!!!!

They covered it also on CNN...and took it quite seriously...I was watching tv and I was like "wtf? wow!"... CNN links:

Interesting that Obama met Dalailama on this day...and privately. Maybe they were discussing the new government bodies which will come around Disclosure?
We are getting there...will be fun.

P.S. It was covered in Czech local news as well.

Your Welcome.

It is also interesting that the MOD denied receiving this report at the time.

"But perhaps the most telling aspect of the records is their suggestion that the shapes of UFOs spotted in the skies over Britain have changed markedly over the past 50 years, suggesting the ET's pyshosocial programme is influenced by what they see in television shows and films."

Just as likely if you don't approach the field with the view that you will be able to explain everything to fit existing behavioural hypotheses.

Edited to add the quote above was taken from an earlier post and has been altered slightly.

Having had some experience with Government departments (not just in relation to UFOs...), I think that sort of statement can be explained on the basis that someone was unable to find a relevant document after a fairly quick and cursory check.

There's no need to resort to any theories about a conspiracy, when a good old cock-up would explain the facts.

All the best,

Isaac

One thing I don't understand is why people aren't celebrating ? Isn't this good ? Doesn't it push things forward ? What happened with the community spirit ? I think that the release of 6000 pages is significant, just because it happened and was covered around the world in the MSM... Things are getting interesting... I expected like 50 pages dicussing this...where did they go?

Why? well myself coming from Livingston where a good few sightings are reported in this release, i am quite excited. As for celbrating, well ive seen enough in the skies over the years (all documented under my id on ATS) that i dont need an MOD release to tell me what i already know.

What i strive for is either A: gaining the evidence myself and releasing it to the masses or B: someone confirming what weve know all along and waking this world that we live in up.

This has had a fair bit of coverage by the media, however everytime i've seen it mentioned on the news, they have made it out to be a laughing matter, playing the X Files theme, and adding silly graphics to the background. Sort of like "believe this and you must be stupid" approach...

That isn't my experience of coverage of the releases of the various batches of UFO documents here in the UK.

My experience (largely of coverage in newspapers, online and on the radio - rather than watching TV news coverage) has been of generally fairly serious coverage.

If you have any concrete examples of ridicule in recent press coverage, then I'd be interested in hearing about it.

All the best,

Isaac

Possibly, it's something to do with the ufology version of the 'Law of Diminishing Returns.' As more files are released, excitement appears to wane. Early last year, the release of files generated a lot of interest in the UK national press and a few ATS Threads did rather well.

The reports continue to remain fascinating and add to the body of evidence (hearsay and otherwise) without adding any answers. The mystery of UFO sightings always remains a mystery. It's frustrating from many angles.

Also, I think the sheer volume of documents tends to DIMINISH (rather than increase) the amount of comment.

This is perfectly understandable, since it is far easier to find the time to look at the latest 10 second "UFO" video than 6,000 pages of documents.

The end result is that more people comment on something that can easily examined.

This tendency has been particularly obvious with the release online a while ago of a massive amount of documentation on significant cases in the USA. You would find it hard to even find a thread which touched on those documents...

All the best,

Isaac
