I admit, I got caught up in the channeling hype for a bit. Some of the older ones really happened, in my opinion...

But now all of these advanced beings are starting to sound like middle-aged, lonely hippie women.

I'm far from skeptical, I firmly believe that they're here. I believe that they can and probably do keep in contact with some. But until Blossom Goodstory comes up with the goods, she's a mental in my book.
