NPS Streaming Video of Yellowstone

Forgive my ignorance on this subject. But is what I'm seeing on this stream normal? They keep panning to a certain section that looks really hot. There is currently a thread related to Yellowstone ... Whats going on at yellowstone? ...but I more would like to hear from ATS'ers that are informed on the natural occurrences at Yellowstone. Thank you in advance!

edit to add: ...and the snow appears to be melting away rather quickly, as was pointed out by shutterbugw in the aforementioned thread.

The streaming video is not stationary. It always pans around the area.

one good thing about this live stream is that when the cam zooms out you can see the Earthquakes. The cam will shake violently the more it zooms out :p
