Mud pit restricted ??

Waat?? I go to click on a new thread and get 'Mud Pit (restricted)' I've been away for 24 hours and see what happens...


Edited: Right, well apparently it's going to cost 500 points (just checked ATS store), what's going on with this then, huh? This is soooo silly...And yes, 500 points isn't that much, but surely all users should be allowed to use it without having to use up points (especially since we have the new webmail which costs 15,000, alot are saving for that!)

I feel members who have been here for a while should be grandfathered in, but then again, I may be slightly bias on that.

personally I don't think I'll bother, I never go there and I think it makes the recent post page on BTS look better for me without being full of mudpit posts

This really is a shame, I really enjoyed just reading the threads. Like I used to do before I joined up. I didnt even want to post in there, because I know alot of the discussion in there was alittle above my head. I think people should still be allowed to read in that thread and not have to give points.

ATS webmails were free once too, and there is nothing new in them.

NOW where IS this mudpit place I have bought into? I dont see it on the ATS board? and dont understand that I would NEED to buy in if its in BTS.....

I think its good to restrict it coz many things said in there can be very offensive. i think though if it is being restricted it shouldnt be sensored (i've turned sensors off anyways). i think the pit is the best Board in ATS/BTS by a long shot. Paying 500 points to access it wasnt a hard choice. I'd save to pay 15000 if i had too (i wouldnt pay 5 for webmail).
