I personally keep up with the likes of Andrew D. Basiago, Dr. Dan Burisch, Dr.Stephen Greer and most anything to do with time travel. While you
listed the pertinent links that will provide background, I question if you have on your own actually listened to the entire set of videos and
interviews that currently exist.
I mention this because while you ask what could be the explanation in the contradictions I am stunned that you don't see what you yourself are
pointing out.
I will try to offer a simple explanation, but don't for a second take it that my explanation is the answer you are looking for. I merely offer a
viable and logical explanation that is obvious to anyone that has actually watched and viewed all the videos. I have spent more than a hundred hours
reading and listening and making note of what Andrew D. Basiago have stated and what should be inferred by what they have stated regarding time travel
technologies. I personally believe you will find my explanation to be viable and probably pretty close on to the truth of matters.
Whenever you hear billions of dollars going to NASA to develop space craft and or explore distant planets like Saturn or Mars for life and whether
those planets could be colonized and mined for resources, I want you think the following:
What if we already have colonies on Mars and Saturn? What if the billions being spent to go do something that is already done are being diverted
elsewhere? If we already have colonies on Mars and such, then any program that is asking for money to go explore and see if life exists on Mars is a
false cover program that those in the know already know is lie.
Since these space programs like many other secret projects are used to solicit funds for research and development when we already have developed and
mastered whatever is being supposedly researched. This process is a scam against the public that does not know the truth. Since these programs and
projects are mostly long term planning projects, it comes as no surprise when after a period of years milking the cash cow that someone comes forth
and states that the program has been canceled for lack of budget dollars and so forth and so forth or that the program has had some kind of technical
failure that needs to be worked out by scientist and experts.
These public projects are never intended to succeed, only justify the huge and continuous expenditure of tax payer dollars going into noble space
projects that already are proven and not in any stage of development or research as claimed by those seeking funds to research and develop.
Well, this same ploy is being used with the Time Travel Technologies. The time travel device is already proven and has been used for decades. Any
member of the scientific community that is doing research and development on such time travel technologies to create a supposed breakthrough is only
being played for a fool because eventually the research and development will end after spending lots of cash or after some finding that concludes it
can not be done with current levels of technology.
This is a typical military industrial scam method of making money off a project that supposedly goes into R&D while in reality, the technology is
already in use all over the place.
To answer your question, I believe both are telling the truth to a point and when you begin to see that just because someone is willing to spend a lot
of money to R&D some time travel technology doesn't mean that the technology doesn't already exist but is not known to those that are milking the
project for research funding and a ego job for as long as the funding lasts.
In the near future we could hear that the R&D was a failure but that some progress was made. Well, if the people who know the secrets control the R&D
then this scam can be played for decades while taking in billions of dollars in funding that is being used elsewhere.
Now I never said my explanation would be easy to believe, but I did say it is plausible and if you believe Andrew D. Basiago which I do, then what the
other is doing could also be true, but only in the sense of what scam I just explained.
Hope this provides some food for thought. It is not intended to be the end all to your question, only a plausible answer to what may be going on in
the background. It's always about the money and control of information that can profit those that control the secret time travel technology where
there is money to be made off such a lie, you can bet they will pursue it as long as they can.
We should assume that such time travel technologies already exist and anyone that views and listens to the plethora of video tapes that exist on this
subject will probably come to the same conclusion. Thanks for your posting, I for one hope I provided a different slant on your concern for what
could be going on.
