Crazy Heart......A Review

Another film shot practically in my back yard and one of the few being shot here that I didn't get a chance to work in.

Crazy Heart was pretty much just a showcase for Jeff Bridges and Maggie Gyllenhaal; both were incredible in this movie. The script was profane and real, direction was great, the story was pretty slow moving but described a lifestyle pretty well. This was an adult film and dealt with adult issues. If you are into adventure, explosions and car chases; pass this movie up; "Crazy Heart" is a slice of life drama. And a good one.

I think this looks great... not out until the 12th but was planning to see it anyway.
