Iran producing attack drones

www.cbc.ca

Iran has launched two production lines to build unmanned aircraft with surveillance and attack capabilities, the country's defence minister announced Monday.

Iran also announced it will soon deploy a missile air defence system more powerful than the advanced Russian S-300 system Tehran ordered from Moscow in 2007 but has yet to receive.

There a lot of action these days about Iran, I dont know and I hope there wont be a war or a pre-emptive attack against Iran but Iran is gearing up. I wonder what's going to happen next, and why west didnt say anything about the 20% uranium, this is weird. Iran will build a better system than the s-300 and crictisized Russia for never deliver it.

i wouldnt want a war where millions of innocent people die, but you can never stop this... i just wish iran would wipe the saudi government off the earth, the saudis are the cause for extemesim and corruption in the middle east, not israel, saudi arabia... they funded bin laden and sent him to pakistan to train

Keep in mind this is Iran, they've bluffed in the past on numerous occasions about new weapons systems they have come up with.
Some things that come to mind are the missile systems they came up with that had the photoshop controversy over, then there was the scout attack helicopter they "developed" that turned out to be nothing more than a modified western civilian helicopter, and the list just keeps going on and on.
These guys are talking smack because they're scared and they want to keep their position as a rising regional power in the Middle East so they're recycling foreign technology and relabeling it to fit their needs.

The Ben Laden familly comes from Saudi Arabia. But Ossama is the only terrorist one... Sorry, the only one working for the CIA.
Actually, the Bush and the Laden familly are closely linked to each other.

About Iran, well, they're doing what we"re doing. Random people, like you and I, with crazy government, like yours and mine.
I bet iranians love their children too.

Iran has the right to build up defense...

Now, tip those drones with chem/bio/nukes and ya, there is a problem, but erm...why is this a concern.

Next we are going to hear "Iran is making guns that could be used in warfare".

of course they are arming up..like every other nation on earth.

get over it?

Is there really more action going on with Iran these days, or is there just more being reported about their activity? "Developing drones", isn't very frightening or unusual. Of course they are working on technology that will put them on a level playing field with the rest of the world. The real question is why is the media ramping up the scare tactics again? The media is reporting that Iran wants to enrich Uranium to 20%. That headline scares a lot of people, too bad that still leaves them a far cry from the 90% enrichment levels required for nuclear weapons.

Again, why are they working so hard to scare everyone right now?

The media could be "greasing up" the American public for some sort of large scale false flag operation.

Or maybe not. Iran seems pretty harmless from my viewpoint.

I agree with SaturnFX here, except for the get over it bit as I didn't see anyone being upset about it in the thread.

Until humanity is finished with the Mind Set of Might is Right, everyone will want a Big Stick to shake at their neighbours and aggressors.

So I see no reason why countries that already have too many big sticks shold have the right to tell other countries they can't have their own, and then talk other countries into squeezing the targeted one so that their ordinary people suffer through sanctions.

I can't wait for humanity to move past its current inane pubescent phase.

So let's be happy that up to now (as fas as we sheeple know..lol) it is not possible to arm UAV's with amounts of WMD's that would make sense operationaly. Plus, drones are very easily repelled once they have been detected.

I think the overall operational capabilties of UAV's are still mainly in the area of defense and reconaissance, only in some instances truly offensive.

So the nature of UAV's does reinforce your reinterpretation - it's like announcing "US to spend more on defense because of Iran" when they would have done it irrespective of any plausible cause.

Hope that made sense...

saudi arabia is the birth place of wahhabism. Wahhabis are a sect in islam who have their own made up beliefs and ideologies, nobody on earth worships god like they do, however they are too extremist and they believe that by killing any none muslim, they will go to heaven... even if they kill children...

they gave themselves the right to declare any person as an infedal(kafir), and once declared infedal(kafir) they have the right to kill you...

all the problems in iraq, yemen, afghanistan, pakistan, are caused by them. they recruit poor, uneducated, vulnerable people, they brainwash them and set them to kill innocent people.

even the prophet muhammed who was born in saudi arabia refused to bless the area named najd, modern day saudi arabia( najd is a part of saudi arabia)

Prophet Muhammad asks Allah to bless the areas of Sham(syria, iraq, lebanon, maybe jordan and palestine too) and Yemen. When his companions said "Our Najd as well," he replied: "There will appear earthquakes and afflictions, and from there will come out the side of the head (e.g. horns) of Satan"

en.wikipedia.org... (thats the area)

saudis work hand in hand with cia officials to keep chaos and unrest through the middle east, and only those who kneel before the saudi king are safe...

the only respect saudis have from other muslims is the fact that the madina and mecca are placed there...

other than that it is a known fact that they are cowards who set others to do the dirty work while they live in palaces... they watch the whole world starve, for a muslim country this should not be tolerated and they have so much money to help every human on earth, but they choose to do else...

wahabis gave islam a bad name, jihad is not to go and kill peaceful civillians, jihad is survival... therefore you cant do jihad if you're life is not at risk...

all America needs to do is war on wahabism, but they wont, because they need the wahabis to help them accomplish a one world government, it goes like this:

lets say america wants yemen, they sent wahabi talibans to create chaos, that gives america the right to go in that country and fight an enemy that doesnt exist, a few civilians die, the people of that nation get pissed off so they fight back, the war escalates, anyone who fights the americans is tagged a TALIBAN!

The might of the Iranian military. If you'd believe them, you'd think they are the most technologically advanced country on earth.

Iran is back at making fantastic claims about its domestically built weapons. The latest announcement, via the Iranian regime-run Tehran Times, touts the beginning of the manufacture process of a newly developed "stealth" fighter

source

Once the bombs start falling, we'll see how capable the Iranian military really is. It will be interesting to see how their stealth planes perform against their ''equivalent'' that is made in the US of A.

i think there will be a war, and it will not be a world war, but a regional war... the result of this war is chaos all around the world with oil prices sky-rocketing, all the countries involved will weaken, that includes israel...

and if that happens, and somehow the syrian government is overthrown, then a muslim prophecy comes to pass... the new leader will be a brutal man code named 'sufyani'

(pardon my spelling)

Dying for Dollars
There is no comparison with Iraq
In Iran a local Iman (holy man) is also a trained helicopter pilot.
Every ciivilian has a pretrained and provisioned military position in the event of invasion.
Women are all trained in how to use an AK-47

It may be a Muslim nation, but behind the adherence to The Koran is a mystic body of knowledge called Sufi.

I believe it was The Sufi teachings behind the success of the Mudjadeihn in Afgahnistan

I would do everything in my power to avoid picking a fight with the adepts of the philosophy of the oldest civilization on this planet.

And it is the Sufi teachings that suggest that playing the part of The fool can be useful when you wish to delay your opponents willingness to attack you, until you are ready to entertain them.

And you and I know that this is only about money...dying for dollars

Well money AND more important than that is accomplishing a one world government where we are all monitored and under the supervision of the elites who work for Satan and await their messiah, the one eyed Antichrist. It will be tragic, and if Israel and Iran have any kind of war, expect it to happen very soon...

but before this happen there will be a war obviously, and the syrian goverment will collapse, a man codenamed 'sufyani' will rise to power...

OK enough already with the mysticism, voodoo and Prophecy.

Iran is playing a very dangerous game with the west. New weapons? I believe that "They" believe they are gaining grown technologically with the west. This doesn't mean it's true. I noticed how every time they "develop" a supposedly new system they mention "Israel"

[Iran announced two years ago it had built an unmanned aircraft that Vahidi said had a range of more than 1,000 kilometres, long enough to reach Israel. ]

Statements like this only fuel Israels "Paranoia" not that I'm a big fan of Tel Aviv or anything but it seems to me not exactly the best course of action to constantly be mentioning "Israel" in association with the development of a new weapon system.

Who is really fanning the flames of war?
