The UFO is fuzzy cause its vibrating too fast for the camera to see.
Also and cone projections look more than the actual amount.
There is most likely a theory on how the crew can withstand such
vibrations.

It take it your post is re the video if so DONT make me
first we
know its a BALLOON its fuzzy because its a zoomed in still frame from
the video nothing to do with vibrations.
The camera can see it BECAUSE we can see the video and the still.
There is a theory why the crew can stand the vibrations its a
BALLOON , no crew , no vibrations.

Vibrations of the ship and crew and not the camera.
Or did anyone catch that.
A balloon picture can't be that bad even in a fog.
If we knew the balloonist we wouldn't have a problem.
In general a UFO ship comes out blurry due to ship vibrations and not the camera.
I there is a balloon in the picture its not a UFO.
And I don't know how the blur got there.

The blur is because the picture is a still from a video which was handheld and the still is an enlargement of an area of the single frame.
You see a picure of the type of balloon a few posts up its not large no basket under it, no crew no vibrations.
All ufo pics that are fuzzy are usually of very distant objects taken with poor equipment then zoomed and enlarged to try to see what the object is again no vibrations. All the pictures that are not fuzzy are fake.
