Hey there...need a bit of help

Hi everyone! This is Variablecheese! I made a youtube video a while back of some strange sounds in the sky above my town that my wife and I recorded with my HD cam. I posted the video in order to get some advice on what we heard. A few months have passed, and I see that the vid has over 2000 hits from what seems to be people on this site. One of the posters there suggested I come and check out the convo over here at ATS pertaining to the sounds. I was hoping to find the threads related to this video here on your forums. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

try the ats google search..top right,or check the ufo, or paranormal forums.

I have been trying the search with no luck. I found a "top 10 strange sounds" thread with the vid and a post eluding to the original discussion, but no luck tracking it down.

The event happened in WV along the Ohio river.

First one sounds like a aircraft...second clip sounds like the apocolypse

The first clip was from when the sounds were more faint...I deleted video 2 because it was more of the same. Te 3rd video is when it was most intense. Funny thing was, that night was supposed to be the big meteor shower. Again, thanks for the help guys, I really want to read this thread I keep hearing about!

I can't even begin to figure it out.

It sounded to me like I was hearing someone trying to kick over the space shuttle engines with a 10,000 gallon can of starting fluid.

My wife likened it to a 1000 foot high gas clothes dryer trying to fire up.

The reason I originally posted the vid was to show to a buddy of mine who works across the river at a power plant. I showed it to him hoping it had something to do with the plant...he said there was no way it came from there and it was unlike anything he had ever heard.

Just make sure to post it here if you find the thread. I'd like to read it.

Largest riverboats we have here are barges and they sound nothing like this. It is hard to express the sheer SIZE of this sound.
