These guys sound like the folks that have been "chasing" me around for going on 5 years now. Crazy folks.

Yeah, it's some kind of stuff that "they" use where when you first look there's nothing there, but then you turn away, then look back and * POOF * !!! They've magically appeared!

Rule of thumb: If looks like it popped out of nowhere, then it probably did.

Here's where it gets fishy...

I tried to slow down to get behind this guy and he slowed down too, as if he did not want me to get behind him. While all this is happening, it felt as if I was communicating with the driver in my head. I can not remember what he was trying to say, it was all too strange.

Then I see one of these go right past me

That sounds like those folks. They can use psychics to put stuff in folks heads. They can toss in "voices", or even take control and make you say stuff. Really nasty folks that "don't really exist". Really nothing you can do about them.

Paranoia. It's the most popular mental illness on conspiracy websites.

Combine those factors and poof. You get a rational explanation.

According to this, it is a requirement ro have both licenses plates in TExas.

According to this, www.tintcenter.com...

the front windows' tint must allow 25% light in. What I saw was complete darkness with the exception of the windshield.

UPDATE

I was driving back home today and I saw another one "following" me. I quickly turned off the radio, put out my cigarette and took my phone. As soon as I did this, another car conveniently came in front of him. I tried my best to take a picture from out the window, but its a lot harder than it sounds.

I was going 40mph and slowed down to 20 in hopes of getting behind them but BOTH slowed down with me, keeping the same distance of about 50 FT or so. I really wanted to take a picture, phone in my hand and everything, but they turned left into a neighborhood.

Here is what they vehicle looked like by doing a quick google search

Something along those lines but less round and without the round rover letters.

The black SUV is so cliche. The Men In Black have wizened up and have updated their modes of transportation to avoid detection. Now they cruise around in souped-up Hondas and Toyotas. They dress in T-shirts and baggy pants and usually have loud bass pumping. They are not stupid. They know how to blend in.

An SUV in Texas? Thats strange enough. If they wanted to be discrete and not draw attention to themselves in Tx, they would be better off in a black PICKUP truck. Every vehicle on the road in Tx is a pickup truck. Most Texans would prefer to drive a no-frills rust-bucket pickup truck than drive a mint Lamborghini. Very odd but true.

I resemble that remark.

The pickup truck thing, its just something I have observed. I personally would choose the Lamborghini, but theres nothing wrong with anyone who chooses a pickup. Absolutely nothing wrong with it at all in my book.

I will tell you this story because I think it is very interesting and applicable. The "base" that they use is a section of land that is surrounded by woods and a black wooden fence on all sides. It has a large gate about 4' high that makes any passerby think the property is just some rich neighbor's mansion. You can't see the house from the road, the driveway goes that far back. At first my contact thought it was someones mansion but there has been a nonstop flow of G-Man type vehicles to the property. These include archetypal black sedans and SUVs as well as police cruisers and even a firetruck (the firetruck baffled us, we have no idea what they would use it for, human or alien). Their are two mansions which we think they use for a private retreat during the winter or something along that line. Recently we entered the property and scouted around looking for clues (it has a huge woods with many paths). During the trip we encountered absolutely nobody. Since we weren't daring enough to actually go inside the houses, and we thought nobody was home, we simply walked right out the front gate (mysteriously it was open). On our way out, I glanced back and noticed that there was the black SUV parked in the driveway. I did not hear it pull up to the gate and I had the strangest feeling that it just "appeared" there. This is puzzling because at the time some other cars were traveling down the road and hopefully they would have noticed the "teleporting" car. On our way out, I also had a sensation that the people inside the car were feeling like Noah Vosen (old man with glasses) and co. (Bourne Ultimatum) during the Waterloo Station Scene.

Vosen: Jesus Christ. That's Jason Bourne.

You know it just had that type of feeling evoked to me.

Now watch, the car is going to show up at my house (they have only gone to my contacts house) or the next time we go over there the place is going to be completely abandoned.

First of all, the folks that pull stunts like what the OP is mentioning are folks you're not aware of. Just because it's not on the news does not mean it doesn't exist.

Secondly, it's obviously not the "United States Government" because they're simply not technically capable of those types of stunts both money wise and technology wise. Have you ever thought that maybe there is "something else" out there?

Ah, never mind. Folks like you will just have to find out for yourselves..

If I was planning on turning into a neighborhood shortly, and somebody in front of me slowed to half the speed limit, I would just sit there behind them rather than try to speed past them and probably miss my turn. :|

Any particular reasons as to why you think these people may have been following you, Davidius?

In most states you only need a back tag, so it's probably just an out of state tourist who thought you may be some maniac, that's why they didn't want you behind them. People are odd that way. I see the homeland security trucks all the time here, there's a large facility here in Florida as you can imagine a lot of mexicans and cubans entering here, I imagine it's pretty much the same in Texas so close to the border. JMO.

30 years ago I read a book called "The Men in Black". Yes I know there are now two very successful movies of that name but the book is not the same as the movies at all. In it the author tells a story of being followed by black vehicles with tinted windows and when he actually got to see the occupants they were dressed in black suits. The author also made the claim that these 'men in black' are aliens with mind powers.
I suggest you try to find the book and read it. The author claimed he was ex-military or psy/ops and that this was a true story. Fact is definitely stranger than fiction.... good luck

Consider this.

They are not agents of the Feds.

You do live in Texas and there is a substantial illegal trade economy transiting the state.

The people who control this trade favor black SUV's.

They may think you are someone who ripped them off or ratted them out.

The same name, similar vehicle or you look alike.

They are waiting to find out where you live, all your family and friends.

Then late at night they will come and kill you all.

Have you thought of this possibility?

There are some states that do not require both front and back plates on vehicles. In case someone hasn't asked already, as I have not read all the posts in this thread, what do you know or think you know that the government might need to track you? In all seriousness, I do not doubt you or your situation, I am just wondering if you, say, have memories of, I don't know, working on something during a time that was, possibly, decades before you were born?

I had a run in with one of those homeland security SUVs in Barre, Vermont. Of all of the places in the US, it is not where I expected to see a homeland security durango. O_O
