*** ATTNENTION ***

This thread isn't about sideburns. Back on topic please.

Thanks,

The story is as follows:
In the studio:
Some youths were traveling to the town of Devin and filming along the way. Later when they reviewed the footage they noticed a flying saucer.
So they sent the video to the Bulgarian equivalent of MUFON.
In the field:
The reporter talks about Ivan Lazarov who says that the Ufologists are loners because so few believe them and many are ridiculing them.
Then we see the guy with the sideburns, who initially thought the video was a joke but decided to take a look at it anyway.

"The film was broken down frame by frame. For a second and a half there goes by "something", I say "something", which no one can explain. After a lot of analysis, Bulgaria now has a documented case of flying saucer."

Voice of reporter: According to Lazarov, flying saucers are terrestrial objects for military purpose and have nothing to do with UFOs.

"Hitler was producing them (the flying saucers), the Russians were making them, and now the Chinese. Who was that genius who mixed UFOs, flying saucers and ETs in one lump? This is nonsense."

Reporter: He published the sensational video on the Internet with the idea to provoke debate.

"I am asking the skeptics, please, debunk that which I claim."
"Bulgarians, understand, the flying saucers are there, the UFO is a mystery, a worldwide mystery."

Reporter: The video has been sent for analysis to scientist from Russia, USA, Germany and France.

Here is my analysis:
Total BS.
Lazarov says that for a second and a half there is something that no one can explain, yet in the next sentence he explains it!
Next, he is against mixing of UFOs, flying saucers and ETs and with his closing admonition of Bulgarians to accept the UFO phenomenon, he lumps them together.
I can't wait for the scientist of Russia, USA and so on to issue their report.

P.S. Feel free to improve on my translation from Bulgarian.

S & F to the OP. Interesting video and great points about the camera not following the object.
I think those sideburns are CGI...rofl !

Thanks to elevatedone for reminding to the CHILDREN that this is still a place where respect is supposed to be mandatory: what a load of idiotics comments, the OP shared something he thought was interesting and got as a payback a load of utter and complete childish replies: this is VERY sad, and in my humble opinion it's a trend which legs should be cut as soon as possible. Be nice with the people who share something with you: or add your 2 cents on topic: or STFU.
On topic.
In my opinion (but it's based on a crappy quality video) there are some fingerprints of CGI: the technique used is the one which purpose is to anticipate the movement of the UFO, givin' to the eye the illusion of the motion blur: the good side of this technique is that it often works because many people watch the video as is, the bad side is that whenever one takes the time to split into frames your work, you get exposed.
Here's the full sequence:

The frames where the fingerprints i'm talking about are the following:

Focus on this: the motion blur should be the opposite, plus there's a total lack of motion blur in all the other frames (they are 2,345 frames, totally, no signs of motion blur at all in all the other ones, this is why we call it "analysis").
This technique is used by people VERY close to the highest level of CGI but yet not very confident with the motion blur effect:
look at this example:

here, in this video, is being done the same thing:

if you anticipate the movement of the UFO with a blurry shape, then you'll get a very convincing illusion of some movement. But professionals already got rid of this issue, this technique is obsolete and it's going to nowhere. Find the same issue here, if you can:

Nice work Internos!

I think the fact that the video which was given to the man with the sideburns came from youths makes it suspicious in the first place. What we have here is a man who has a set of beliefs, given some doctored footage which makes those beliefs more concrete and then is put out to dry in front of the media.

It's not really his fault (well, beyond believing) but he should know better.

Add this in with Internos' excellent explanation of CGI and we've got some kids somewhere laughing at this poor mans conviction inn his beliefs.

Thanks to the OP for presenting this too!

if it isn't a UFO, its probably a lamp post, the post being photoshopped away

I don't know bulgarian but I think the guy is either pleiadean or a hybrid between wolverine & beast; those ETs are creating abominations

While Internos pretty much skewered it, this line here is a good sign a UFO film or photo is a fake in opinion. 'We never saw the UFO until we reviewed the tape' the ultimate cop out statement.

Sure if the UFO was a mile away traveling at high speed sure you might not see it with your eye... but being that close at that speed its on the film... hell no they'd have seen it. Not denying UFO's have 'cloaks' but we see the 'wasnt their until later' argument used far far to often.

Oh and mods give Internos an applause or two if he hasnt already, dont think ive seen a debunk quite so concise and clear

The clue is not in the object, but what is around the witness. Notice all the books around him, notice how he seem to be up on disk shaped ojects and anti-gravity research. Must have been a dream come true for him to see one actually up and going. C'mon, it's getting to be just plain silly with these videos and pictures.

I found your post fascinating and an eyeopener I had no idea that cgi left fingerprints that could help us debunk some of these videos. After reading your thought provoking post ,I am now certain that the op's video is a cgi fake. Also the fact that they only saw it when they played the video back rings alarm bells . After scrutinising the entire video once again I have found what I believe to be further proof of "CGI motion blur fingerprinting" I have captured this in the video below. Thanks for your help in this matter. And please keep up the good work.

Oh boy your either serious with that vid or your attempt at sarcasm was too well hidden. I somehow think your making fun of Internos... the double interlaced (not sure what the proper term is) frame effect in your vid is NOT the same as the motion blur effect the UFO does in Internos's examples.

Your vids either a tongue in cheek (in which case
for creativity
) or your serious, that its proof Internos is wrong in their proof of a fake, in which case your just one of the 'believer's'... and yes i use that term as a derogatory now
, not to be confused with the non derogatory term 'believers'.

Its easy to forget on here that I am talking to people from all over the world and not just the UK. Anyone from the UK will know sarcasm and dry humour is a carefully honed, fine art and extremely popular as a form of entertainment .You only have to look at some of the most popular tv shows to see that. With shows such as " Have i got news for you" " One in ten cats" Johnathan Ross" "Qi" " Mock the Week" " Never mind the Buzcocks" etc etc. Theses shows and the sarcasm within them could be perceived (as internos stated) as childish! .I'm sorry but I think there is room for some badly needed humour on this site.Lets face it some of the subjects being covered are laughable. I know ufology is a serious subject and one I am very interested in myself as I have had a couple of sightings buts let not forget that there can be some room for a little light hearted humour from time to time. As you Americans would say " Chill out Dude"

I know it is strange, its a shame we cannot translate some of the audio hhhmmmmm......... anyone know Bulgarian?

Roughly they say that nazis, soviets and even chinese have been trying to manufacture similar things and it could be one of these, but the guy with the burns says he cannot tell what it is because he doesn't know what it is, BUT he is sure that flying saucers do exist in Bulgaria.

(My mother is Bulgarian and I can understand most of it).

Indeed, I remember I have seen some saucers flying during Bulgarian weddings when I was younger...

Who cares about the sideburns on that guy? That newscaster was smokin' hot!

Oh...and that footage was about as fake as the hair piece my pharmacist wears while working the night shift at Walgreen's.

Finally! Thank you! This was starting to feel like amateur night at the Improv.
Anyway.................

I've seen that side-burn gentleman before in association with the paranormal/UFO field and besides that....this is very hard to comment on.

I think it's a very interesting prospective (at water-level while on a boat) to encounter an UFO at any rate. So perhaps CGI artists are getting more creative or....................we simply don't know what's going on.

If this was an actual (authentic) event then, who are we (arrogant Humans who think we know everything) to debunk it just because we feel they should've seen this immediately?
THIS is why we don't seem to progress. We're way too conditioned/programmed in our primitive logic & reasoning skills.

If you had seen the video i posted where they debunk this you would know that this is not an ufo , it was just an old metal umbrella by the road

Thank you matev for the YouTube video.
Please can someone kindly close the thread now.

Before:
1. Someone else tries to translate Bulgarian (badly)
2. Someone else tries to say this is cgi (and starts to look real silly)...
3. Someone else tries to describe the metal umbrella as a small UFO that just happened to be there and nobody noticed it at the time!

The only question I really have is: why do they have metal umbrellas in Bulgaria? Interesting!

Please close this thread mods... before more people embarrass themselves.

Thanks again matev!

Hilarious!
