One would not even need a detonator, many explosives go off by hitting them hard. They would only need to go to the toilet, rip it out, and take something hard and hit the bomb to make it go kaboom.

There just is no way of preventing "terrorists" from taking explosives onboard.

There was already someone stopped for having a device with wires up his butt. He said it was a cancer curing thing and let go on his way. But that was a dry run to see if rectum objects would get through. Then they had to go with plan B, surgically implants.

The people on the planes, the people on the train system, all well educated people.

You seem to think that brown means uneducated. Several of the people arrested as terrorists have been doctors. One of them is a nuclear scientist.

I believe that these excessively intrusive security measures are what have been killing the airline industry. Not only do you have to do obscenely ridiculous things like remove your shoes, you have to get to the airport another 1/2 hour plus early. Unless you are flying a really long distance it is not worth it at all.

My idea of airport security would be passing out a small caliber loaded handgun to all the passengers who were born in the country who won't be drinking, which they can return upon arrival. That solves most of the problem right there.

I can't really see this working...

For one thing a foreign entity such as a bomb in the body will be rejected by the human form, causing all manner of illness and pain.

A post-op person carrying a bomb inside them will not be in the peak of health and despite the scare tactics i can't imagine they will be able to hold a bomb inside them for longer than a day without dropping dead of all sorts of terrible complications caused by chemical reactions etc etc.

And then what? Will the bomb even work after being drowned in blood, fat and body fluid?

I think it's bs....

For one these guys & girls shouldn't even be able to get a flight (especially if they are on a watchlist or are flying from certain Country's)... i wouldn't be able to understand if a bomb went off on a plane now with all this security... it just wouldn't make sense....

Me thinks we already have those Radicals living here... all they have to do is start doing what they do in Baghdad and blow themselves on a bus or train... they are probably planning something as we speak and yet our Government will let them reside here....

No surprise and they obviously watched that episode from "Spooks"(a show about MI5) and got the idea from the female bomber on there that was tasked to kill a prince and world leaders.

They are cowards instead of fighting conventionally they commit beheadings,suicide bombings and IED strikes.. although i do have sympathy for the fact their lands have been taken by America and NATO(if that happened to Britain i would commit guerilla actions against the occupier).

But their actions only create more hate in the world, if they could sit around a table and talk about it diplomatically and if Israel actually become open minded instead of killing innocent people we may actually get progress in the Middle east.

It's going to be a long road and the 2010's will create more wars and potentiallya world war between China,Russia,USA,Israel,Iran,Lebanon,Syria,N Korea,Yemen and NATO

biggest threat is China+Russia teaming up against the west..

China is the new USA and are currently fighting a proxy war with AFRICOM.
They shwoed their naval might last year and it is bigger than the US Navy and with 11 aircraft carriers on the way and a reform of the air force, China has been to quiet in recent years... the stage is set..

I was reading, just thinking, has anyone actually ever seen a terrorist? And I don't mean the stereotype either. It's like they are invisible beings that just come out of nowhere and blow things up. Kind of like cops hiding to pull you over. I mean, we see pictures and video of the war. But if someone invaded my country and started killing people, I imagine that I would be on their tv sets labeled as a terrorist too.
Basically, I'm just questioning the reality of the "terrorists" and even their "threat". Because, we don't see them, they're just there...because the government says they are. Besides that, it's common knowledge that the CIA created Al Qaeda, is the CIA no a part of our government? It all seems real fishy to me.

As far as putting bombs inside your body tho, I could see that happening. Like putting drugs up your butt trying to smuggle them somewhere. Just shove a bomb up there with a timer on it.

So you think these "criminal masterminds" get their ideas for "terrorist attacks" from YOUR TV shows?

Right now, any type of "terrorist attack" simply GUARANTEES an immediate and devastating invasion by the US. Why would anyone in the world think it's going to help them out to do this? And for that matter, since everyone is going nutty about "airplane hijackings" why wouldn't the "criminal masterminds" USE SOME OTHER TACTICS. There are a million other ways to pull off "terrorist attacks" without using airplanes. In fact, if these "terrorists" did exist, why wouldn't they try to blow up something worthwhile, like Guy Fawkes? Taking out all the govt politicians in one fell swoop?

But no, they have some kooky religion that makes them do stuff against their best interest all the time. And they watch TV shows to get their ideas on what to do. And they just love to blow up airplanes, because they are jealous of the Americans having invented them.

I wrote and warned about this new method YEARS AGO !!!!

High explosives sealed inside plastic enclosures surgically implanted
into leg or thigh muscles, stomachs, derriere regions, inside the colon,
or in the case of women, uterine and breast implants !!!!

I GUARANTEE THIS WILL HAPPEN SOONER OR LATER
because you cannot expect highly proficient groups such as

And if you want a NON-metallic detonator....you do a binary chemical
detonation system that uses body acids to slowly eat away at a plastic
type pouch that contains two reactants that provide an endothermic
reaction which can then cause a primary and secondary ignition
of a larger implanted explosive device.

By varying the thickness of the plastic pouching and testing against
an individual person`s body acids, timing can be approximately controlled
to within a few hours plus or minus.

For explosives that require impact, the same `Body Acid Timer`could
be used to ignite an explosive compression tube made out of hard plastic
tubing which slams a hardened plastic plug against the secondary
explosive to cause the larger detonation

The world is a NASTY place FULL of people who DO know what

I'm a bit skeptical of the explosive force you'd get detonating a bomb from inside your torso. The human body is meat and water, I would think a large portion of the explosive potential would be dissipated in forcing all that away. If anything, you'd make yourself into pipe bomb, spraying bone shrapnel everywhere, but I kind of doubt you could rip a hole in a plane.

Either way - the world is getting ugly...

In a plane you would not have to have as much force as you may think. The overpressure of the blast would be all that is needed to blow out windows and rip a hole. Remember the skin on those planes is not much thicker than a beer can. Below is a chart showing the overpressure of common explosives and the damages. And remember a plane is a closed in area and the pressure has to go somewhere.
