No. They have not told the truth. In fact, wherever they CAN lie, they do so.
You can also look at the people put on the 9/11 Committee by the Bush Administration -- they ALSO, say that they were lied to.
And if it's not a lie --- when we've read the AfterDowningStreet Memos, and we know Iraq was a lie, and Afghanistan has fewer "al Qaeda" than New
York, they trained in Germany in Florida, the INVASION was a farce. Why are we still there after the excuses have been debunked and why are we not
outraged that we have to "win" anything?
It was nice that the "spending is frozen" right after all the Kleptocrats who FAILED got to get the government bailouts -- and the American Citizen
now has to pay for it with fewer and fewer jobs.
I'm totally disappointed in Obama for not going after Bush war crimes. And the Democrats were complicit by NOT impeaching that bastard. What have we
got now? Alito, Roberts, Thomas and the other jerks on the Supremes give Corporations the full fledged right to pump money into distorting what was
left of our governing process.
Is this not connected? The scare tactics of a foreign threat which results in less rights -- and then they sneak in a "judgement" that basically
does more than CREATE Law -- it annuls the Constitution.
The people saying that allowing corporations to directly contribute, just makes the process more transparent -- it was already there. Sounds like
putting big windows on the Whore House allows for more morals, right? But no, they won't need to spend more money -- it means that regulatory bodies
will be gone, it means that ONLY candidates that speak out about "I think we need to break up AT&T" will be destroyed by an avalanche of funds --
and all the other weak-kneed career politicians will get the message; "Play at caring about social issues, but kiss the ass of this Corp or you will
be gone."
After 9/11 -- the GREATEST crimes are we don't have justice, we don't have regulation on our institutions, and we cannot SOLVE anything. Obama's
pleading to Republicans to "put the people's interest first" is pretty fancy talk - when all the Democrats are doing is playing Possum and allowing
Republicans to force them to make industry happy. Nobody in Washington can now turn this tide -- and you will see the few last champions lose their
jobs slowly but surely.
Our system is broken and cannot be fixed by the people in it -- so what is going to fill that vacuum? People who work outside the system. The right to
form Unions, for instance -- was NEVER GIVEN the people by Industry, and Child Labor was not ended except after people were ready to die for the
cause.
What do we have now in neglected inner cities, where families don't get enough money to have someone watch their children? Street Gangs. After being
really worried about this growing trend I realized something; Gangs start up in areas where people have no voice and are exploited.
When the government acts like a Mob -- that's when people start their own. The "Cosa Nostra" started in Italy to deal with Mussolini's fascism --
and they really were a force for the people to fight the Powers That Be, that made any effort to unseat them illegal and every exploitation legal.
>> So, it doesn't really matter WHAT you folks believe about 9/11 -- the die is cast. The next phase will be more and more people NOT trusting the
system and looking outside it for justice, and more importantly, a way to feed their kids when some foreign country owns a Toll Road that is never
paid off. Every people in the world are going to end up "OWING" some faceless corporation in another land and every Government will be in debt. Do
you understand?
