It is definitely a liberal post. It is full of groupism which is a sign of the left. How many times does it says “poor and minorities” It is like the list is saying HEY MINORITES these white males don’t like you.

I have been lurking for a long time this is my first post!....I read the entire list and feel as if I have lost IQ because of it. This was the most asinine piece of garbage I have ever read! I do not consider my self a republican or democrat, (I’m more of a libertarian ...small l) and conservative. I believe in the smallest government possible. This list is just another way of liberals and socialists to pollute the minds of ignorant people without discussing the facts. The fact is that almost no conservative thinks this way...yes there maybe a few but it is in an extremely small minority. What many conservatives and republicans think (myself included) is that our government is too big and inefficient. The spending is out of control and yes that means war spending too, and many of us were not happy under the Bush admin.
The problem is that the socialist agenda is a ploy to control the ignorant masses in the country. I think the biggest conspiracy is the education in this country...if that is a NWO agenda I don’t know but basically by dumb-ing down the American people with poor education they can use their bad policies as a Robin Hood tactic.
To elaborate, if the American people know no better, they will think that the socialist progressive party has come to the rescue. Policies like raising the minimum wage, Stimulus packages, bank bailouts, Health Care reform, Anti Gun laws, Global Warming Carbon credits, Planned Parenthood, no child left behind, and ACORN appeal to the masses of people that are uneducated. These policies are NOT being implemented for the well being of the country; they are being sought after for CONTROL OF YOU!!!
By passing these agendas the politicians can go back to their districts and states and appeal to the ignorant masses by saying "ohh, ohh lookie what we did for you!!!" when in reality it is not good at all. The more uneducated people there are the easier it is to get public approval for bad policy. TPTB know that by limiting education they increase the size of their backing constituency, and the more the people depend on the government to save them. Its like the old proverb “Give a man a fish…”
I am in Texas and I know of not a single conservative that thinks the way the list portrays us. I could care less about race...its about character and intelligence. I think the country has been on the wrong track for a long time not just within the last year, howeven within the last year we have been on a “crash course”. I don’t believe however in staying in the dark ages so to speak we need reform in many areas. The constitution allows for this as it is a living document, meant to change with the times, but our government is hell bent on circumventing it for some reason.
Big government is not the answer. Government cannot fix anything but they sure can screw it up. A healthy free market is the only to create jobs and improve the situation. But keep in mind capitalism without morality is not capitalism. There have to be CHECKS AND BALLANCES, not government intervention and control.

Well, all the things I listed matter to me.

But, that doesn't mean that I'm going to argue about which party is right on the matter.

The fact is: Even if they outlawed abortion - it'd still happen. Even if people went to other countries to have the procedure. Even if they outlawed guns - good luck collecting all the firearms in the United States. If you think Iraq was a quagmire, wait till the government tries to enforce that law.

My point was ... there are plenty more things that affect the daily lives of millions of Americans – the least of which are disputed by which party is right or wrong.

Yes, let us look at ONLY the conservatives or the Repubs.

That is all I get from your comment.

For yours and any one else out there. This was created by an Obama backer and insinuates what conservatives mean when saying these words.

It is a lie, myself a rabid constitutional libertarian-fiscal conservative-social liberal, when I want to call someone a frelling commie or a fascist, I will.

There will be no damn codewords necessary!

The repubs are Fascist/Socialists and the Dems are Socialists/Fascists, no real difference except for slight differences in their breakdown of TYRANNY!

When they place that boot on my neck, I do not care if it's fascist or socialist, it is still a damn boot.

i totally agree with you. you cant stop what people want to do with laws. laws are made to be broken in that regard (not that all should, mind you).

this whole thread was a troll post to start hate between the "factions". intelligent ats readers should be able to see that instantly.

i bet since obama passed that garbage about watching conspiracy sites, just wait for the dribble to start coming forth. its all a ploy to confuse us from the real issues.

So (R)Ron Paul is part of the conspiracy huh? Why isn't he a Democrat if he isn't?
Those crazy azz Republicans spitting out their venomous words like Freedom, Protecting the Unborn, lifting people out of poverty. Then they go and are backed by a Bunch of Christians...who feed the poor, clothe & shelter the needy! Bastards!!!!

We know words like “socialist, communist, liberal, progressive and community organizer” are all Republican code words for “black”.

We Do?

You mean Black as in Black skin?

Hmm that's very odd.. because I recall a lot of Democrats, and Libertarians and Constitutionalists and Green Party etc even the black members of these parties using these very words to describe many other things than a black person or black party or black agenda.

Why would anyone think the Republicans have a monopoly on this? That's just the silliest thing I have read today on ATS.

You folks DO realise that I posted this list primarily for it's humor value?

I'm not sure if the author of the list actually believes in these code words of if it was created as satire because of liberals always claiming something silly as being racist codes:

He was asking if Scott Brown's votes were actually a veiled attempt to roll back the status of blacks in America.

"Well, that is a good question," answered Fineman, Newsweek's senior Washington correspondent and MSNBC political analyst.

After saying that he thought race was "in no respect part of the equation" for "most of the American people," Fineman said that "maybe in some places there are codes, there are images, you know, there are pickup trucks. You can say there's a racial aspect to it one way or the other."

Olbermann, picking up the scent of racism, replied, "What were the Scott Brown ads, though? Every one of the Scott Brown ads had him in a pickup truck."

Do people really believe in these crazy code words?

I must be one of those rabid right Johnny?

Of course I am, because I do not want government in every aspect of my life.

Because they have done my country so well over the last 100 years.

Government is the problem, IT IS NOT THE SOLUTION!

It is no longer possible to have a sober, substantive discussion of any political or social issue in America.

Whatever you think of the OP, I've long seen republicans do the exact same thing, along with statements about what the liberals "really think" and what their "real agenda" is.

And of course they make it clear that anybody who is a liberal is either stupid, dishonest, ignorant, unpatriotic or some other insult.

Then they're outraged when a liberal treats them the same way.

As a country we pretty much stopped making informed and rational decisions over a decade ago. It was a process that started in the late 1970s and was rapidly accelerated in the late 80s with the political pundits.

We bought that crap because it made a "boring" topic (politics) entertaining. It gave ignorant people carte blanche to insult , label and demonize those who thought differently than them. That was fun for them. Issues got largely pushed aside because they're boring, compared to talking about people. You didn't have to know any facts; you didn't have to do any homework. You could be VERY intellectually lazy -- all you had to do was condemn the opposition, you didn't actually have to know anything.

We bought that crap. Now we're stuck with it.

Here's an exerpt from another website full of free thinkers. Turns out that Dems/Liberals have their own slick code words as well. Lifted from cheneypedia.org...Some are eerily similar to some GOP codes!

· Abstinence-only sex education: A class to skip out on to smoke pot.
· Accountability: Sovereign immunity*
· Affirmative action: Don't worry, you don't HAVE to be qualified, brotha!
· Balanced budget: Trillions for failed corporations...(well, cool.)
· Balance of powers: Meaningless impediments to proper government*
· Bipartisanship: We'll throw the dinosaurs a bone.
· Big government: A chicken in every pot, a finger in every pie.
· Big tent: You can come in, but you have to stand over there and cheer whenever we give the signal*
· Clash of civilizations: Is terribly wrong, but a hybrid still needs gasoline, right?
· Class war: It's not your fault you're on welfare.
· Communist: No, no, SOCIALIST.
· Competition: The state will buy out MY business, no MINE!
· Consensus: What we say they think, must be true.

· Due process:Every paedophile deserves his day in court!
· Economics: We can spend our way out of debt.
· Education: Indoctrination*
· Empathy: A way to instill White Guilt.

· Equal rights: More equal for us.*
· Evidence: Conjecture; hearsay, etc.
· Family values: Dated, redneck philosophies
· Fascist: White with a 250K+ income
· Fiscal responsibility: Like we said we've got to spend our way out of debt.

· Free markets, Free trade: Free for corporations, not for natural persons*
· Freedom of religion: For Muslims only.
· Freedom of speech, and of the press: When I want to hear your opinion, I'll get someone in Hollywood who represents you instead.
· Grassroots organization: Subsidiary of lobbying firm*

· Immorality: Going to a Christian Citadel.
· Judicial activist: One who holds that Constitutional protections apply to housepets.
· Liberal: Barack Obama...
· Liberal bias: That's slander!
· Liberal Media: We can't get a word in, Whitey runs the media!
· Liberty: Enforcement of civil rights for the poor and for minorities, but not for whites; gun control, state-owned properties. (No gardening!)
· Obama is Hitler, Stalin, the AntiChrist, not a US citizen, etc.: He's Black, so it doesn't really matter, anyway.
· Ordinary citizen: Mexican Immigrant

THe ones with asterisks are the similar ones...hehehehe.

Man, this is really sad.
Although, considering some of the wild, outlandish things I see here, I'm not too surprised.
I've been a Republican since before Reagan and what you list here is bologna.
It wasn't a Republican that did that insulting cartoon of Condi Rice, was it?
It isn't the Republicans that are ALWAYS bringing up race in everything, is it?
It isn't the Republicans that are trying to raise taxes in order to give away everything to the minorities of color, just to get their vote is it?
Common, get real. It's time to start learning what's real and get off CNN and MSNBC.

Come on man, do we still not understand that this battle between the dems and repubs is exactly what the elite want to keep us distracted? Are we still that naive? Apparently you have already answered those questions. Keep pointing the finger and playing the name game... do you really think that will get us anywhere on gaining ground on the real bad guys? This is not a political site because politicians are all in the game for the same reason, which happens to be the root of all evil..... MONEY!

Keep playing this game and keep watching a few hundred get inconceivably rich while billions get devastatingly poor.

People dont keep saying "Wake up" just because its catching on, they say it because the majority are ASLEEP as to what is really going on. And I'm not saying it's easy to wake up, because it requires a paradigm shift. And it's even harder to wake other people up.

The bad guys have the high ground, but they don't have the numbers.

LIGHT UP THE DARKNESS!!

More smoke and mirrors to avoid discussing real issues. Another way to keep us at each others throats and our eyes off of them.

Creative though

Actually, I've been encouraged by how often I see that message lately. More and more all the time. People are waking up. The Parties are shrinking and the Independents are growing in numbers.

Oh, this is hilarious....

I think your post is a bad one because it fails to attack Democrats, who are openly fascist. Openly, because most of their funding comes from corporations,

The "Democrat's" funding comes from Corporations??? Really???

Has someone not been watcihng the news, to see the LATEST Supreme Court "decision"???

(Hint: The "Court" is heavily weighted in FAVOR of the REPUBLICAN Party, in the United States. Just check the voting records of the nine Justices, if you doubt this...)

The United States' Supreme Court is a microcosm of Party differences, and a complete mockery of "Justice", IMHO...doesn't matter which side of the aisle you tend towards, it was a noble experiment, that has failed, as it relies too heavily on HUMANS at its core...(In its current incarnation, there are FIVE very right-wing Supreme Court Justices, and FOUR that tend to the left. The distribution is supposed to be fair, but by having an odd nuber --- nine--- conflicts will usually resuslt, base don ideologies).

As one leg of the Triumvirate of the foundation of our Nation, it was a grand theory, too bad it's been corrupted.

I say we need a NEW design....let's try the example that was set by Gene Roddenberry, in his science fiction...the "Federation", and the "Star Fleet" arm of quasi-military technology, but under the command of only the bestest and finest officers possible...

...ah, come on, we know it's all fake.

As long as Humans, with all of their foibles and bickering and emotions are involved.....
