Well, there certainly could be. Like I said,if it's a reflection,it certainly isn't a reflection of the tree that is visible in the picture. It would have to be a reflection from a tree that isn't in view.

Well, it certainly isn't a reflection of the tree in the camera's view. Look at the tree and then look at the reflection. If it is a reflection of a tree, as it could be,it would have to be a tree out of the camera's range of view.
