Maybe it's because i'm not alone here in wondering why on earth a thread about favorite guns would be a Conspiracy, or any other kind of mystery, headline on a conspiracy website...

On this I agree. I'm surprised this hasnt been bumped down to BTS yet with the Dungeons and Dragons posts. It really serves no purpose here. Is there a sort of "gun porn" spot on BTS for this type of thing I wonder?

Even on firearms specific forums out there most folks frown upon the inevitable "gun porn" threads. Sort of like posting chain emails. Let there exist one thread in perpetuity to be read from and added to. No more than one. And stick it in BTS somewhere.

Favorite that I have had the pleasure of using. MP7A1 (showing options) which were ordered from H&K a couple years ago to replace our old ass MP5's. MP7s are unbelievably amazing and accurate. This coming from someone who originally thought they seemed stupid!

actually the AWM Arctic Warfare Magnum is the Military version of the gun
the AWP believe it or not is a police sniper

and this thread is not about gun control, its about your favorite gun, dont argue about how guns are bad, because they are not, guns are BROOOTALa

Don't like guns?

Go find an Anti-gun thread and post away.. Plenty of them on ATS

This is NOT the thread for that and those posts are Off Topic

My (now deceased) Daisy 880 bb-gun. Blew it up after a while using it to shoot larger projectiles with a black cat in the breech.

Although the velocity of this common pump-action are low compared to most air rifle standards, (i.e.- Gamo 220 @ ~1,000 fps) the dif. being that steel bb's don't crush upon impact not to mention being re-useable, enabling it to punch through just as much material as a .177 lead pellet going nearly twice the velocity.

But it doesn't come close to this in terms of kinetic energy: www.airgunsbbguns.com...

Too funny! We used to muzzle load our lever action Daisys with coarse pretzel salt. Let the games begin
. It stung a little but no one ever got hurt.

I had to go to your link. Damn, this ain't my daisy gun when I was growing up.

The 275-grain bullet averaged 555 f.p.s. for five with the first three going 559 f.p.s

Air gun with that speed and size bullet. Crazy.

I don't know much about guns, and since i live in the UK i can't own one. But if i could i would purchase an AR15 and Colt python. Probably bog standard choices but like i said my knowledge on guns is limited. Oh and im all for the right to bear arms.

Then I guess limited is good

Excellent choices in fact

Python is one of the best "out of the box" revolvers ever made; big and accurate with only some minor reliability issues...

AR15, or CAR15, nice, light, good reliability and firepower..

My favorite guns?

I'd like to start off with Heckler & Koch's Mark 23.
en.wikipedia.org...&_Koch_Mark_23

Then comes the FN 2000.
en.wikipedia.org...

And last but not least, the FN P90.
en.wikipedia.org...

I've fired the above and enjoyed them immensely.

Hi,

Love your link to the Heckler :-)

As a teen I did a lot of shooting (rabbits and roos) in Australia.

Unfortunately, now I'd have to undertake quite a procedure to own one in Germany (language being a major barrier).

I know pretty basic but still love the Remington 700 series and the Sauer Drillings.

Peace! (except to rabbits)
