Now having a dream within a dream; that would be something! As long as you are not confusing it with waking from a dream into a dream. That would be known as a false awakening. If you actually dream that you fall asleep and have another dream though... Cool!

I've had a dream within a dream (that wasn't a FA) but can't be bothered right now describing it. Actually I should say a lucid dream within a lucid dream.

and staring and thinking

can you run in your dream? i cant its like running in a swimming pool slow hard impossible...i have many planes crash in them and i fly too. sleep paralysis and once predicted it would happen ...ambien caused me to see shadow people i knew were real..ok i have don a f-ton of drugs in my time and never thought it was a real event just drug trips and nothin else this time i had my parents and cops at my house at 5 am thinkin i lost it and needed psych help...i took too many and had paradoxical intoxication where i was awake and deaming......wow
