Think I found our camera model.
Timing fits perfect too.
Although it has a smaller lens on it, but other than that it looks like a very very close match.

That's my exact question. The way the lens attaches to the body of the camera on the film, has so far been different than any other camera of it's time. It looks similar to the camera that I have.
