I was coming out of Wright-Pat AFB today and had my Citizen Band radio tuned in on the trucker channel. I was surprised to hear the trucker chatter involving the recent emergence of Russian speaking truckers. Many of the truckers noticed that ia all started about two or three months ago. One driver said the while in Virginia, a Russian speaking truck driver was attempting to cash a CommCheck. The lady at the counter was trying to tell him that she needed to see his Commercial Drivers License, but all he had was a DOT health permit! Another driver was saying that, while at a truck stop in Pennsylvania, a Russian sounding truck driver was asking other drivers for a map to read. One of the truck drivers produced an Atlas and did his best to tell him that he was on the Toll Road. He said the Russian sounding guy. While looking at the map, his face revealed an expression like he’d never see an Atlas before. Then I remember some of the old threads about the street and highway signs having coded stickers on the backs and the new threads about the Obamanation calling for Russian troops. Then there is the thread, the Russians are coming, www.abovetopsecret.com...
Where a poster by the name of Tim00 states this, “you are right, that is exactly what would happen if they would set their foot today. but they are coming tomorrow, and you don't know what America and Americans(sic) will look like tomorrow. be warned. cohors praetoria.”
By the way, cohors praetoria is for the Roman military guard! ( N.W.O.?)

There are not only russian truck drivers here in the usa, there are czek-republic, german, and chinese troops also. The late New Zealand Pastor Barry Smith found out by total accident that in Alamogordo New Mexico, back in 2001, there were more than 250,000 foreign troops training and stationed there and the gov't wouldn't say why.

Most likely the same reason there are american truckers in Iran and such.....$$$$$....a dollar+ a mile is crazy sick good money, you can make $700 a day at that pay and your a company driver so they own the truck and pay for the fuel!

Its really just about money, there are many many indian, most truckers call them towel heads...I know , its a bad slang term, but those indian guys refuse to speak english and/or claim to not understand it, unless you start talking about money and they seem to learn instantly.
They get a bad rap, same as others due to a few bad apples, IMO.
Park big truck at a fuel pump, then go in and shower and watch TV at the truck stop until its anounced on the PA that they are going to tow the vehicle unless moved.

I had one at the warehouse I worked last, that had damaged goods from, the driver not securing the load and it fell over, the shipper had pics and we took pics upon driver arrival, long story short, he was liable, and when it came time to file claim, OHHHH NO, he broke out a suit case full of $100 bills and was trying to pay cash, to keep it off the books, he ended up buying the entire load from the reciever at retail prices.

In short they are just legal as they need to be, just barely, and are trying to live the american dream, I have a few friends in Russia and they claim that $40-60 a month is standard income...I can not vouch for that, but if its true , I see why they are here.

To be honest the last 4 years not counting the last 6 months I was heavy into the trucking industry "not a driver" and I saw more Czech, Mexican, Indian esp Indian, many Canadians, very few real Russians, besides the guy from the Co. I was working for, that was buying/marrying, russian women through a mail order service site, and they would drive his trucks for him after the 90 day marriage was ended, and they got citizenship, he has 5 maybe 6 now, pretty young blonde Russian women driving his trucks.

Does the fact that many Indian families run corner shops mean that there is an effort on their part to take over the UK and the US? No. The Russians are proberly working for a smaller wage.

I dont find this funny at all. Its time you people wake up and do a little research and find out why these people are here, while WE are sending our military all over the world.

When TSHTF, Our military will probably NOT turn on us, but those foreigners WILL. Keep that in the back of your heads while you laugh it off.

When a hunter goes after his prey, does he enter the woods smelling like a person or like the wilderness surroundings? Does this same hunter wear his 3 piece office suit or cammoflauge? Does he use scents that are common to his prey as not to alarm them so he can harvest them as stealthily as possible?

Same thing applies here as far as I concerned. Not to try to sound like an alarmest, but if russian and other foreign troops are on american soil to help assist our law enforcement when martial law is instilled, they will have the total element of surprise on all americans due to their alreadied presence!

My father was a trucker for six years until the recent decline in need for truckers. His company would have him parked in california for almost a week at a time with out moving.(he quit that job) even though it was a good paying job.(you don't get payed for being parked)

There is a lot of foreign truckers on our roads. No big deal.

I dunno why people get so concerned that there are foreign troops in your country, hell the Singaporean Air Force 130 Squadron is based in little old Perth here in Australia. There are similar set ups all over the world.

Same as foreign workers, they're willing to do the jobs you refuse to do, for less!

Maybe there is an underlying issue here?

American xenophobia?

Its not an American here in America who will be willing to shoot you, its a foreigner. It stands to reason, dont you think?

In any case, i hope i am wrong, of course.

Whatever.

Let's hope that they remembered to bring their body bags with them. Nobody will ever completely occupy the United States ... nobody.

Even if the entire Chinese PLA managed to land on the California beaches we would still annihilate them before they made it more then 10 miles inland.

Did nobody see Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura 2012 where the a private security company head was asked weather his men would open fire on US civilians, replying that they would do what they needed to do. See, dont worry about the foreigners in your country, worry about you guns for hire that have already been used in anger on the streets of New Orleans.

I would imagine that there are troops from other countries in the US is for training. The US is always training foreign troops either in their own countries or they have them brought to the training facilities in the US. Not surprising seeing that the US has some of the best military training in the world.

A while back, I remember a show on TV that followed a regiment here in Canada from basic to their time in Afganistan. In one of the episodes, they went to a base in the United States for training because the area was very similar to what they would be dealing with while over seas.

I dont think that it means that Canadian troops are going to be patrolling US cities so I doubt it means that the Russians, Chinese or any other foreign troops will be either.

Training is what I chalk it up to.

As for the truck drivers, I have to agree with other posters in that they are there to make money.

My sentiments exactly, I travel allot here in the states and I have noticed the same thing. Now I can understand they might be just here to get a job but on the other hand it is a little unnerving. My first thought is they are learning our routes, business and locations. that is what worries me about that. and yes they are not just from Russia, and they barely speak English. We will see if the Russian Professor is correct in saying that the US falls this Year..if so then this could be connected.

We sent so many truck drivers to the middle east that we had to import some from Russia. No big deal.

Well, being a former trucker myself, I can relate to what a lot of you are saying about the russians just being here for a job. But if any of you have ever hauled produce, then I am sure all of ya'll are aware of the coolers in oxnard california?

I was there picking up some grapes and strawberries back in 1991 when this hispanic feller approached me just before he was preparing to load my truck. While we were waiting for a door to be cleared for backing into, we got to talking about a few things and he got all fired up about how the mexicans were going to take back california and the entire southwest.

I asked him how was that ever going to happen and he never smiled, grinned, or had any kind of facial expression when he replied. He said that the latinos would use our own american gov't against us, and then when that was satisfied, the infiltration would begin with mexican truckers and other foreign troops posing as truckers.

Well, 15 years later and look what has happened in america. LaRaza has worked very well for the latinos, and GW Bush got the NAFTA Treaty signed and the NAU highway going in 2005! Compile this with the now knowing that there are other foreign truck drivers in the usa now, and what should that tell all of us?

That same little mexican feller told me as he did laugh about this said: We mexicans will take your money, your women, and your country, and there's not going to be a damn thing you "gringos" can or will do about it!

Well, I thought about what this guy said for many years, and then I read an essay a few years back where this college professor in texas said there was a plan to kill off the gringos and take america! Funny thing too, this professor has ties to La-Raza also. And for those of you who think this is a joke or a conspiracy theory, here's the man in his own words.

"WE HAVE GOT TO ELIMINATE THE GRINGOS"
By: Devvy

The words above were spoken by Jose Angel Gutierrez, professor, University of Texas, Arlington and founder of the La Raza Unida political party. His full comment was: "We have an aging white America ... They are dying ...We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him."

I have been painting semi's tractor trailer for a few years now at a used truck dealership, here is what I know. These trucks sell for $70,000 and up. BIG MONEY. Especially if you are buying a fleet. Russian, Czek ect. Its usually the company owner making the purchase. Wether or not the driver has the correct papers for driving is usually up to the employer. No real conspiracy. As some people associate "Mexicans" with lawn care, "Slavic" folk are associated with truck driving. I'm in no way trying to turn this into a sterotype debate.

The point here is the fact that the OP's original posting showed that some russian truckers don't even have a CDL and are still driving? Now does that not seem just a bit suspicious? I live in virginia and have heard tails of foreigners (not just russians) trying to cash comchecks and don't even have a CDL for ID!

Back when I was driving, nearly every time when I went through a scale and got waived round back to bring in my BOL's, the very first thing I was asked for was my driver's license. Now, to me this means that somebody knows about these russians and are letting them slide. But for what reason?

A New Revolution

Today, the United States is in midst of the greatest wave of Russian immigration that the nation has ever seen. Although it is difficult to keep an accurate count, some sources suggest that Russian Americans currently represent the second-largest national group in the U.S., following only Mexican Americans. The Russian language is growing at an astonishing rate and can be heard in expanding enclaves across the country, from the street corners of Borough Park in Brooklyn to the café tables of North Hollywood. This new Russian American community is predominantly young and highly educated and still carries memories of the turmoil of the 20th century. The ways in which this generation will enrich and transform its new homeland will make for one of the most compelling stories of the 21st
