Arlen Spector tells Michele Bachmann "act like a lady"

I think this is going to do 3 main things

-cause more bad publicity for the dems

-cost Spector his female supporters

-launch Bachmann into the spotlight (shes against all government takeovers)

The dems seem to be slipping up a lot lately

When I saw that my first thought was; "Spector really doesn't like women who speak their minds" Probably not a good attitude to take in 2010.

Although in his defense he may not realize that women recently gained the right to vote

This is a non-issue unless someone can prove that:

a) he would be perfectly content to be interrupted by a man

and/or

b) telling a man to act like a gentleman is equally as offensive.

Otherwise, it's political trash that has no merit. If one is offended by this, then they have serious issues and should consider bowing out of public life.

Mind you, I loath Spector, but considering the volumes of issues one could raise against the man, this is really petty.
