This seemed a bit strange to me. A guy walks into the courthouse, asks to speak with a specific person. When she arrives, he asks to speak to her privately and is denied for good reason. He tries to tell her something, can't work up the nerve and leaves. People outside didn't hear the gunshots, no one saw a gun according to the witnesses. But all police officers involved heard gunshots and saw a weapon and arrested him. He's going to be charged with a class-3 felony for 'deadly conduct'.

No one was injured.

An interesting sidenote. A person with a concealed-carry permit can carry into the Capitol building?

What do you think?
