I've only read a few of Drews Links... but in saying so I do highly recommend reading over them. I think they're well researched documents and I thank him for taking the courage to post them here on ATS

Exactly,well put,this is how some of us can learn to manipulate sympathetic streetlights and other lights.You release and control this energy with your breathig control,and your diaphram contraction speed,you can regulate and direct it,different distances ect.
