And could this be the Disinfo story put out to hide the truth about the German NAZI bomber on the moon?

Oh yeah! That darn bomber would have to have a wing span of 23 km!! Jumping jellybeans!

But here's one on the 'dark side' of the Moon that was shot to hell by the Klingons!

This thread can't get any crappier than this, can it?

Viral marketing for who?

I get it -- these guys are like The Onion -- but it still sounds like something NASA would say!

Dude that movie looks cool.

Their viral campaign was pretty clever.

I saw a trailer for this a few months ago and thought it looked kinda funny.

I honestly get this Sky Captain and Day of Tomorrow feel from it. Or League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

You know a real comic book feel.

I think it will be cool if it is like that.

I like how they mixed all those themes together like that, and then went all Mars Attacks. But this time with Nazis. Brilliant.

I hope Earth beats those Nazis!!!

But hey guys don't rag on the OP so much. We all make mistakes.I thank him for choosing us as the place to get the low down on whats up.

But yep its for a movie (or something lol) alright. That doesn't mean there isn't a conspiracy behind it!

Erm.....there is no dark side of the moon LOL
Thats just a name of a Music Album from Pink Floyd.

There is only a far side of the moon, and yes there is light.
Try use your brain people, how can it be dark on the far side of the moon? HOW?!

I know it's my first post, but could this possibly be related to Operation Highjump which happened just after WWII? I've seen the navy documentary about this operation and the idea is plausible.

I might seem crazy , but after what I've seen and read over the last 5 years, I firmly believe anything is possible. Joseph Farrell's interviews lead one to believe it really could be.

The Moon has lunar days and nights.

During the lunar night, it is darker than during the lunar day.

Why are you being so rude?

Sorry but some people "think" there is a side on the moon that is never sun exposed, so I tell them to please use the brain for a second, It's rude, but sorry - is this a board for IQ80- People? How can we discuss anything with this incompetence? ATS is really getting extremely (painful) silly.

One bad day for ATS....

One giant leap for humor....

If anyone wants to debunk ATS they just need to look here at all the posts debating the 'facts' of this joke article!!!

Even Phage came up with a literal response - that there's 'no Cassiopia probe'. Fair enough, it's Sunday morning and there mat well be several hangovers logging on, but one quick look at 'The Truth' website instantly reveals satire.... Doesn't it?

Next we'll be source threads from: www.theonion.com...

Thanks for the smiles

The news is clearly an hoax. There is no official Cassiopeia probe!!
Wheather balloons cannot interfeere in radio signals!

However, there are plenty of rumours about NAZIs having made to the Moon in 1945. A joint US-Russia mission in the 1950s. And even the US to Mars in 1962. We cannot forget that back in 1954 the US was *probably* making agreements with the aliens. There was much kept secret and ridicularized. The alien contact seems a true story, supported by many ex-military, astronauts, and many others. However, the earlier trips to the Moon (particularly the german one) are quite obscure and probably just a rumour. Nevertheless, it seems to be also a true story that the germans and americans already developed flying saucers back at that time (the germans first, then the americans).

Anyone knows more information about this?

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!

Yet another example of VERY slack research, did the OP bother checking any links off that newspage?

This movie has been knocking around the web for ages, it does look pretty cool, but the guys behind have been doing virals for about 18 months in an effort to gain financing.
