I have no desire to charge a ghost, but I have seen when people run when they see a ghost or apparition, but has anyone ever " Charged " at a ghost or apparition? Do you think it would irriate the ghost or do you think it would make the ghost leave? kinda like an Alpha Male thing? I seen that stupid youtube video, in that dark house where that " Ghost " kid is sitting in the bedroom, the camera pans away and then goes back and the ghost is right there, the sissy ran of course, but I wonder what would happen if you charged the ghost? Once again, no desire to do so, I'm not saying I wouldn't charge or I would, just curious. Thanks!

"So what is your plan Ray?"
"I have it guys. Just follow my lead."
"Just a little bit closer....a little closer....GET HER!!!"

If you want my expert opinion, I think nothing would happen. But the chances of actually encountering a full torso apparition are extremely rare. I have never charged a ghost myself, but I guess there have never been any tests on the molecular construction of ghosts, iif they even exist...I know they exist...I deal with them on a daily basis for my clients, but would physical interaction actually cause any bodily harm, well, I don't think so.

I almost fell out of my chair when I read this. Thank you. (I thought it was: "is that your plan, Ray?")

To the OP, I think they scare you enough that there's not a lot of reaction time. Fight or flight doesn't really become a factor.

Ha ha Yes, Ghostbusters is great, but very fictional, I googled it and no documention of anyone ever doing it, just curious, all this ghost and shadow talk, just wondered if anyone ever caught a Ghost off guard and pulled a " Ray " on it.

You are more than welcome...

My favorite movie growing up, and what inspired me to confront the things that I have always dealt with in my life. I've grown up seeing these things, so it's not new to me. Anyway, glad you had a laugh!

It is not wise to chase or communicate with earthbound souls as they look for ways to attach to our energy and feed.
That's all I'm gunna say in fair warning

If one is prepared for it, and knows how to prevent what you said from happening, it isn't a problem to "chase ghosts" as it were. I think kids out there that get their jollies off on "ghost hunts" should be a bit wiser. Being an experienced researcher and Sensitive myself, I have no problem with chasing ghosties around. But then again, I know how to handle myself.

You mean ran after or chased? I've ghost hunted on and off for many years and yes I've ran after a ghost or apparition many times trying to catch it.

99 percent of the time when you charge a ghost here's what happens. You actually get close enough to realize it wasn't a ghost at all.

It was a light or a reflection or a shadow, sometimes even your shadow, a coat on a chair, and heck one time it was just my own guitar leaning again the wall.

Especially shadows. You see, the way human eyes and the brain works, you can get a shadow on a wall just right sometimes at just the right angle that your own flat shadow will cause an optical illusion and screw up your depth perception.

All of a sudden your shadow appears to be a 3D full solid shadow figure (until you move a little or your eyes adjust). It'll scare the crap outta you.

My mother in law has actually lived in two places now, both with a perfect hallway for this effect. If you walk down it when all the lights in the house are off and at just the right angle, all of a sudden your own shadow pops off the wall and appears to be standing right in front of you. That's got me a few times.

Couldn't find an example done with shadows though, but if you want to know how this optical illusion basically works you can check out this link. Same basic effect just done with paint instead.
3D Effect

Neverthless, there is that 1 percent of the time that I, in my opinion, actually did chase after a real apparition and here's what happens every single time, 100 percent of the time if it is actually a ghost.

The apparition either runs away very quickly and then quickly vanishes, or just simply vanishes without running away.

I've noticed most times they vanish, they like to do it when you're not looking at them for some reason. If you turn your head they're gone. However, if you keep your eyes on them they'll move very very fast trying to get out of your eye sight so they can then vanish.

It doesn't always work like that, but a good predictor if they'll run away or move before vanishing, is if you're trying to keep your eyes on them. However, even if you can manage to track where they're going perfectly with your eyes, they'll eventually just vanish anyway.

If it's a sound or an "auditory apparition " The sound will simply go away.

They never make any effort to stick around or communicate with you. They're just gone. Bye-bye.

Also, some times on a ghost hunt after they vanish, you'll start to hear banging noises or some other kind of noise in some far room. If you chase after it to that room, the noises will stop again. Sometimes you'll spend your entire ghost hunt just running from room room trying to catch what's making the noise.

Typically though, after it vanishes, that's it for the ghost hunt. That'll be the last thing you see and hear for the night and you might as well pack it in.

Also, sometimes after the ghost vanishes, you may be physically attacked in some way such as being scratched, hit, pushed on, or pulled on, but this is rare. Most of the time they just vanish and your ghost hunt is over for the night.

There's no safe way to chase Earthbounds anymore than there is a safe way to train circus animals. You can take procautions , but in the end there's a risk-B.c we are protected by our guide and aura until we reach out for communication -This intent 2 communicate allows them in. Most people won't notice with brief contacts that their energy was slightly manipulated or stolen, but those who return to the same source over and over will. With the expection of certain types of trance mediums-few and far between souls with a destiny to send these souls to the other side. These people have a destiny and it's terrible hard and risky work, but they have special spirits to protect them (example rose mary altea). These psychics do not just say "please cross over" There is more to it than that of course lol.
Others are at a high high risk-psychic or not. It's important to warn people and teach them to cleanse a home safely and to recognize earthbounds from echos.
I see it all the time. I see earth bound human souls as I would anyone else. I see what they do to people who can't.

Anywho, I'm not saying for you to end your studies. To each their own and I hope your luck doesn't run out or that your spirit guide isn't overwhelmed trying to protect you (it is also a burden on them as well to deal with negativity). I don't know you, mayb eyou ARE the exception to the rule. I wish you well and keep safe. Always ask your guides what they feel is safe for you and always respect their wishes to not do something.

I recommend RoseMary Altea's books.
And please understand I am refering to communication-not merely studying, listening or being an observer of a souls surroundings. There's a big difference there too.

Thank you for your thoughtful response Zerra. I don't self proclaim that I am one of the "greats" in the metaphysical world, but I do know that I was given a special gift to help other beings cross over. I have performed many of these ceremonies over the years, and I have fine-tuned my radar to pick up not only positive energies, but the negative ones as well. Before I was properly trained, I did feel a negative drain on my mind, body, and spirit. My spirit guide (who I believe to be my grandmother) was very tired as well, and could no longer stay with me on this plane. I venture into this world of the unknown alone, and well aware of the risks of playing with things that I don't think human beings were ever meant to touch. But, with that being said, I do it it help those earthbound spirits that cannot, through their own means, cross over. I was given the gift of empathy, clairvoyance, and mediumship to help council those spirits that cannot help themselves. I would like to continue our discussion in private if you are willing to send me a PM.
