Kuccinich is an excellent candidate......for a cabinet post in the kerry administration. One that's not in line of succession. The biggest part that gets spoken to but often neverattained in a presidential candidate, character, Kucinick has is spades. He is comitted to his visions and walks the talk in his daily life.
It's just that those visions are not viable in today's environment because of what he'd be inheriting. That's why Kerry won the nomination: his ability to take what's on the ground now & go from there.

As to Kucinich' propsals being pipe dreams: no. It would take a shifting of monies that are being wasted now towards those social issues he champions. His vision would have us bringing all military home ( $100's of Billions on that) & putting corporate taxes back to where they should be ( $100's of billions). those two things would pay for all his initiatives by themselves, with no tax increase to us ....likely a tax rebate.
