I got a very good education and it never ends either. Islam and Judaism are Abraham religions. They believe in the same God. The only difference is which son did Abraham try to sacrifice. Islam has the 5 pillars, which is basically the 10 commandments. Judaism is more exclusive though, While Islam is more inclusive. As an architect in study, I can tell you the Dome of the Rock is NOT a mosque, but rather an attempt to pay tribute to Abraham, Solomon, Jesus, and Muhammad. It was purposely designed to celebrate Islam and the great faiths of Abraham and the one true God.

They do worship the same God. They do the same stuff. The only difference is their way of doing it and on what days they do it. Both have the same sacred foods, the same sacred seasons, the same sacred prophets and characters. Islam, in it's essence, is evangelical Judaism + the Biblical psalms and books of the apostles of Jesus Christ.

That's what I said. That doesn't change the fact that it's basically the same thing. Just because modern Islamic leaders hate Israel does not change the fact of the past. Islam was founded by a man named Muhammad who was approached by the angel Gabriel (ring a bell?). That Angel dictated a book named the Koran, that he wasn't allowed to write down. Muhammad claimed to be following the God of Abraham. I invaded Mecca and Medina in that God's name. He took the black rock, the meteorite that Abraham supposedly received from God, and made it a sacred alter in the name of the same God of Abraham. He went to Jerusalem and supposedly saw Jesus Abraham and Moses on a mad trip dream to heaven.

For all intensive purposes, Islam is a Judaic religion with Eastern and christian influences. Like Jews, they consider Jesus a great profit. When they conquered Christian temples, such as to John the baptist, they refused to destroy the parts of the temple. Instead the carefully disassembled the sacred structure and used it to build a mosque, refusing to break the sacred building's essence. Islam considers the writings of Jesus' apostles sacred, and psalms to be sacred, and for Jewish figures to be holy prophets.

If you can please inform me how this can be refuted as worshiping the same God, I invite you to try.

The lack of knowing if there is a God or not does not dismiss the fact that they believe in the same unknown God.

No. Believing in the same God is not an excuse not to fight each other. To your definition, then protestants don't believe in the same God as Catholics. After all, they fought each other over holy sites and land.

SO tell me. What's the difference, or are you crazy enough to tell me Catholics and protestants are not following the same God. Because then you'll lose all legitimacy in your argument. Of course you already did, but what little you have left will float away.

If God partook in everyday life, then free will would not exist and freedom would not exist. How can freedom exist, after all, if God's right there saying what to do and making everything perfect.

You should learn something, and learn it while you're young. Perfection and humanity or incompatible. To be human is imperfect. If humans were perfect, then we would be like riddilin induced happy mobs just standing in the field doing nothing but laughing. You wouldn't even have social interaction, because the only reason people interact is a social need. Need implies imperfection. perfection, contrary to popular belief, is more of a hell then imperfection.

I couldn't agree with you more, and would like to add that the phosphorus bombs used by the Israeli's are so abhorrent in the way in which they injure people as to be illegal by international law...and still they get away with it.

You are correct. I am a Muslim convert. Islamic believes (based from the Quran) that Jesus was in fact a true messenger of God. The Quran does not directely state that the Black Stone was sent from God, but I agree that it was a metiorite. You are correct in your postulation that Islam is a true Abrahamic relicgion. Christians, along with Jews, are simply too jealous to realise that another race other than their own could harbor a true prophet and messenger.

Words about Afghan children in the news only cause a small "what a shame response." Pictures of Afghan children, Gaza children, Israeli children, American children cause distress and protest. Holding dead children causes martyrs to search for inner peace with a last resort.

Hamas is as much to blame for this as the Israelis because they insist upon hiding amongst civilians/children after firing rockets into Israel.

Israel put up with the bombardments for years before they decided to stop it. Unfortunately, there are always civilian casualties in war and the Hamas propaganda machine plays it to the hilt . They may even be mutilating the bodies themselves for better pictures.
