Just a quick qestion question about this Picture

Hey, me and my mate were looking at this pic and noticed the 3 white dots in the top right corner, to me they look like sun glare but the trail of the bottom one makes my mate believe it is something flying in formation, most likely if it is, it's just an airplane, but I'm almost sure it's simply glare.

Interesting sidenote, this is a picture of the Baitou Mountain Tianchi in North Korea, seems such a waste doesn't it?

PS. I am aware there is nothing abnormal about this picture.

There are generally dots formed in digital images because of some errors in the CCD chip of the camera.
