This is sooooo sillly. I cant imagine how many foolish people have had some sort of tracking cookie installed on their PC by visiting the NSA's website :/

its a basic redirect set up by who ever owns the domain name...... I could do it with YEAHTHISISHEAPSFUNNY.com if I was motivated to spend 20 dollars on it..
