Greetings everyone,

Last night i had a dream which scared the hell out of me, i thought that it was the "Reality", so here is the prob.

I was strolling our main road with my friends when we stopped in front of the city hall and had a chat on something. While we were chatting , i looked on the other side of the city hall someone WATCHING me like a spy or something. This guy was hiding in the shades and took a picture of me. I interrupted the chat warning my friends for that "thing". We started walking away from there when a ghost or something looking like one was threatening us. I was conscious on my dream so i started to threat it back and "beat it up" in a way. Suddenly i woke up with a strange feeling.
When i woke up, the conversations above that i had with my friends i think it was real.
People i have some "problems" with my dreams.. they look SO real and i had many of them. I need help!

First thing I have to ask is whether you watch horror flicks...if you do, then stop, they're interferring with your dreams.

If you don't watch horror flicks, what type of movies do you watch? Try the 40's and 50's...much calmer, more thought, and a lot less violence.

If you have vivid dreams quite frequently then start recording them in a diary first thing when you wake up (or even in the middle of the night). There's always a chance that your dreams are trying to tell you something (actually, there's a damn good chance your dreams are trying to tell you something).

Best of luck to you.

You're dreams seem normal by that description. Why do you need help?

Also, as far as I know, it is normal to think the events in your dreams were real for a little while after you wake-up. Well, it happens to me and my friends as well, so if it ain't normal, then we must be abnormal.
